Lahat ng Kabanata ng THE CHOSEN ALPHA QUEEN: Kabanata 1 - Kabanata 10

Present day"Where is she?" Legolas demanded, swiping his desk clear of everything from maps, notebooks and papers to his laptop, paper clips and pens. It had been eight years since he had last seen his mate, and the memories weren't pleasant. For weeks he had beaten her black and blue for bewitching him into becoming his queen of the moon. It had been the other way around. The witch had tricked him into becoming the moon queen and harming his true mate. He hadn't let himself live those events down. Each day he has punished himself for betraying his mate and not believing in her."We've looked everywhere," Carlton replied. The alpha wasn't the only one feeling guilty. Everyone in the pack had believed Yuna was the Alpha's mate and Sarah was the witch. No one had stopped to think about how Sarah grew up In the pack and had never shown any sign of being a witch. They all had called her rude names, spread vile rumors and punished her when they got the chance."Not everywhere, because sh

"What else?" He asked."A free pass to get out of babysitting Aleena.""Deal.""Yes!" Sarah jumped off the throne and ran to hug Jackson. "You're the best."Jackson laughed. "You know I could have done it for nothing." He wrapped his arms around her and held her close. This was what she needed at this moment since it was her ex coming to visit.Sarah chuckled and replied. "I know but you deserve a break." She patted Jackson on the back just to remind him he was friend-zone. Sarah was glad that she had met Jackson and he was a great second in command and friend. Obviously she had let him know this. She has also told him that if something were to happen to her then he should take over as alpha."Go spend some time with Aleena." Jackson watched her skip away to spend the rest of her day with her daughter.Sarah followed the carved stone hallway to find the city. When she had first arrived it had taken her weeks to figure out the caves. The pack was located in a mountain. In the middl

"It's okay. I did them myself ." A proud smile stretched Aleena's face as she twirled around showing off her work. "They look beautiful," Sarah chuckled before placing a kiss on her head. She slowly and cautiously moves her hands towards her daughter's hair in an attempt to make it a little neater. Aleena suddenly dropped to the floor and crawled away. "What are you doing?" She yelled. "You're ruining it!" "Sweetie, it looks like you spun around in the laundry dryer." "But I like it!" "If you really like it like that then you can keep it." Sarah turned and started to walk away before adding: "if you want to meet the guest, they are in the cave." Sarah made it out into the hallway with a smile on her face. She paused and waited for Aleena to come running out to ask her to redo the braids. She turned to face the door counting down when something tapped her shoulder. "Sarah?" A very familiar voice asked. "Sarah." She turned around with her teeth bared. "Legolas," she growled. As

"Ready to go?" Carlton asked, plopping the large overnight bag at the end of the bed."No," Legolas said. "I want to stay longer.""I don't think she'll let you. We have overstayed our welcome," Albus said.Take the bags to the cars and I will be right there," Legolas stated, standing up and putting on a shirt."Why are you doing it?" Carlton asked."I'm going to talk to her. If she won't be my mate, the least she can do is to let me be part of my daughter's life."After walking down halls for what seemed forever and getting lost. Asking people for directions, Legolas finally found his way into Sarah's office. Only to be disappointed when he realized she wasn't there."Ugh," he signed in frustration, going to hit his feet against the stone wall but at the last minute backing out so there was a gentle tap on the wall. How could he be so stupid? Of course, she would hide from him until he left-back for his pack. If anyone saw him like this, they would be disappointed. The great Alpha kin

"Sarah," Carlton said.Sarah froze. This wasn't what she was expecting. Yes, she had prepared a speech and a conversation in her head with Legolas. But she wasn't with her brother. She had no idea what to say. She didn't 3ven know if she wanted to talk to him. "Can we talk?" He asked, eyes pleading for a positive response. Alpha Legolas maddock had decided that they will leave the demon realm tomorrow afternoon and Carlton was hoping for a chance to talk with sarah. "Sure," Sarah tentatively replied." How are you?" Carlton asked."Seriously? We haven't seen each other for years and you start with,'how are you?' Sarah burst out, surprising herself and Carlton."I only wanted to talk...and apologize." Carlton looked down. He was expecting her to lash at him and was hoping she wouldn't.The door chose at the moment to burst open as the sparkling Albus came flaunting out. Carlton looked up and froze. Damn, his mate looked good, he thought as his eyes raked Albus's outfit."Hello handso
