Within a second, men heavily armed and dressed in police uniforms surrounded the room.

“Your hands in the air!” The men in front ordered with their guns pointing towards him.

He turned to look at his mother who was still sitting on her seat, wearing a stone cold face and at Melisa who was weeping heavily as Diana’s body was covered on the floor.

“Mother, you shouldn’t let them take him. We can work things out,” Daren cried and rushed towards his mom who didn't utter a word nor make any move.

“Mother!” Daren cried as he watched Dotun being handcuffed by the police men.

“Daren, put yourself together!” Evan consoled while holding him together.

“I can’t let them take him, I can’t!” He cried as he stood up immediately and surged towards the men who were trying to walk Dotun out of the room.

They pushed him away and his father and Melisa pulled him back as he tried to go after the men again.
