Luna didn't answer his question. Instead, she turned around and she started leaving in anger. "what? Why are you leaving?" Christian ran after her, trying to stop her from moving.

"I don't know, Chris. I guess I just want to go back," she said to him, trying to move his hands away from her wrists, but he was way too strong.

Christian didn't say anything after that. He tightened his grip around her wrist and they started walking back home in silence.

Just like Luna feared, Miles was standing there, a few steps away from the house, staring at them like he was about to murder them the next minute.

"I warned you not to go out, Luna. You didn't listen." He said as soon as she got close enough to him. His eyes were glazing with anger and she knew that she had made a big mistake.
