CHAPTER TEN

Miles started dragging Luna, squeezing her hands as hard as he could. He was angry, really angry, but he wasn't showing it. "You're hurting me, miles." Luna whimpered under his touch, trying to free her hand from his hard grip.

"Of course, I am. Are you crazy?! That's my boss, Alexander! You're crazy!" He left her wrist and started walking away from her.

Luna started running after him, but he was really fast. Before getting to the room, Miles turned around and asked her not to follow him around, but she did.

"I'm sorry, even though I don't know what I did wrong." She shrugged when she got inside. He turned around with a frown on his face. He seemed so angry.

"You don't know what you do? Oh wow. I can see you're getting too comfortable here." Miles brushed past her, leaving her to her thoughts.

Did I do anything wrong? She asked herself, staring at the door in confusion. Things are really weird around here, I hope I survive. She added, staring at her palms.
