THE REVENGEFUL HYBRID QUEEN

Prologue If only she was prepared for what she saw. On the ground was a dead Trisha and on her neck were neck bites and it was obvious who had killed her. Next to her, was Kyle on his knees with chains carrying silver over them. He had wounds all over his body. His hair was damp with blood and so was his shirt; he was coughing out blood. "Kyle, can you hear me? I'm here. I'm going to save you," Jasmine said as she tried to remove the golden stake that was pierced through his heart but flinched when the silver on the chains burned her. "I'm sorry Jasmine. I'm so…sorry. I love you, Jasmine," Kyle said, coughing out more blood and wincing from the pain. "Tell me that when we are out of here," Jasmine said and tried to help him to get up again but flinched. The silver was fucking much, she wondered how he was holding on."I can't," Kyle said, blood gushing out from all his openings—his mouth, his nostrils, and his ears. Dried blood was coated everywhere on his face with splits and d

Dominic looked at Jasmine after she made her request for him to watch over Rob and she was staring at him too, waiting for a reply. He smiled and took her hands "Of course Jasmine, I'd gladly do that for you," he said and gently pushed her hair that had gotten in her face back before he took her hand again and stared at her. "Thank you, Dom, I'm grateful for your kindness," she said and he shook his head "I want to do it, Jasmine, Rob is like a son to me too okay," he insisted and she nodded her head with a smile still on her face. "If you insist," she replied and turned to walk down the shoreline of the beach."C'mon, let's go on a walk," she urged Dominico and he followed her as she took slow and steady steps down the shoreline while they still held hands and talked for a while. Jasmine suddenly felt tired and wanted to sit so he let her and they sat on the sand at the beach and watched the sunset while he played with her hair and watched her scribble meaningless things on the sand

PRESENT DAY (END OF FLASHBACK)Jasmine still sat in her room alone with her thoughts. The tears weren't coming anymore, due to the relief she felt from baby Kyle's kick… but her heart felt heavy, her eyes were puffy and she couldn't exactly put a finger on what she was feeling at that moment.A knock came on the door and she looked at the door immediately, wondering who it could be until the person spoke up. "Hey, Jasmine, it's Loretta," she said and Jasmine released a breath of relief before she stood up and opened the door to let her in.Loretta took one look at her face and knew she had been crying. She didn't want to talk about it though because Jasmine was pregnant and her mood would be all over the place so she decided to fix it the best way she could."You should wash up before coming out, it's time for dinner," she said and Jasmine shook her head before sitting back on the bed. "I'm not hungry, Loretta. I just want to rest," she replied and Loretta rolled her eyes before going

Raul's screams didn't stop the venom coming from the lowermost trench of Jasmine's stomach, it was even accentuated. The ambivalence of It was that Jasmine wasn't the regulator of the force. It was the baby in her womb.Jealousy flocked in his heart, as unborn as he was, he was still the danger, hegemony, and possession of his mate and the only person he had loved.Kyle grabbed Raul's neck in such a way he knew he couldn't survive, even if he did, he would spend half of his remaining life, bedridden. He could forever regret the way he wanted to backbite him, daring his mate.Raul was now above the floor, mouth dipped of foams, tongue sprouting out and his hands were up in the air as a form of surrender. His eyes were so red as a form of suffocation. His eyes were swirling as if the earth rotated on its own. Everything in Jasmine's room became two, the cabinet, bed, dressing table, and more. The feeling of being drained over obscured him, like a person drowning inside the blue sea, fee

As Jasmine stepped into the room, the atmosphere became tense. Tense enough to cause chillings around. However, none of the Vampire parliament wanted to admit the effect of her presence around them. It made them crusty and coarse. They all sat with the doctor, with their hatred in their minds, they had their eyes glittered with darkened stares upon sighting her. Eventually, as she moved closer, their glares pierced into her skin except the doctor, an elderly middle aged man with white hair and binoculars. Concurrently, they had their thoughts brainwashed by Asher and they all believed it was Jasmine who attempted to kill Raul just to get him out of her way. Jasmine saw their glares but only groaned down her throat. She had some adrenaline rushed into her spine, but she did as if she was perfectly alright with Loretta's hands ready to support her Incase she was unsteady to walk. No word could picture how she felt. She felt as if she was drowning in a sea of blood. The smell of it
