Chapter Eighty-Two

Cameron just got off the phone with the family lawyer, Sally, and documents were already in process. He whistled happily as he went to the kitchen, breezing gracefully through the dining room and looking blindly for the refrigerator. He was blind to happiness, which made me wonder if he should be happier than I am.

Some hours later, Sally’s expensive-looking yellow and black Chevrolet Camaro pulled up by their gate; it’s expensive horn reverberating around the compound and sending the twins into a state of frenzy when they realised it was one of their favourite guests at the gate.
