Itachi and Itsumi took Sasuke to an eatery and bought him food to eat. They all took their seats in one of the three chairs with a table in the centre for customers to enjoy their meal.
"Sasuke, try and eat something. You look pale," Itachi said to Sasuke, watching him through his lashes.
"I do not have an appetite. I am sorry. I cannot eat when he is lying down in a hospital bed."
"I know, but you have to try and take something. You heard the doctor, Sakiko would be awake in no time. You know she would be sad seeing you like this," Itsumi added.
None of them would even have the appetite right now, knowing full well that their sister was not in a good condition, but amongst all of them, he looked weaker and pale.
It wasn't long ago he fell sick and recovered from his ailment, his body wasn't still as strong as theirs and needed better nutrition not him starving himself.
