"We will now read out the crimes of Kyra de Leta. Attempted murder of the saintess candidate, use of witchcraft to seduce the crowned Prince and plotting treason against the royal family with the entire De Leta family. She shall be beheaded by the Kingdom's Swordsmaster, Duke Kion".

How did it come to this? I didn't do anything wrong. I just wanted all that was rightfully mine. But why? why must you betray me like this Kion? I treated you like family but yet you betrayed me. Down on her knees, Kion approached and whispered something into her ears before stepping back and unsheating his sword. With rage burning deep in her eyes and heart she muttered at him "I will get my revenge you illegitimate bastard scum-"

Fwoosh. With a downwards strike of his blade, her head came clean off and she plunged into darkness. With a solemn prayer in her heart, she wished and prayed that if there is any God or sovereign being out there somewhere, who knows she has been treated unfairly. She pleaded for a second chance to get her revenge and truly live up to the name of 'Kyra the Tyrant Villainess'.

It's warm, she thought to herself. Is this what death feels like?

".....dy......lady.....my lady??"

She jerked herself up and sat eyes wide open. Scanning the room around her and the face of the puzzled maid who had been calling out to her. This didn't look like her room. At least not the room she stayed in before her death. Looking around more closely, it looked a lot like the room she had when she was much younger.

She snapped her neck in the direction of the trembling maid and asked coldly, "what date is it today?" The maid was clearly taken aback, answering with a trembling voice as she said " it's the fifth day of the seventh month of the 594th year of the calendar Miss."

594th year? How could that be? that's 10 years before my life became a total mess and I was executed, she thought to herself.

"Get me a mirror quickly ", she commanded as she stared at her little hands and touched her face and neck. Remembering the chills she felt moments before her head became detached from her body. And more so, remembering the utter bastard that had caused her untimely death.

Grabbing the mirror and staring at her now 10 year old self, she stared in awe and excitement at this second chance she had been given. She dismissed the maid as she needed to be alone to gather her thoughts.

It seems a God really does exist out there for me to have been given a second chance like this. Oh! how sweet it feels to be alive and well to exact my much needed revenge. She slid out of bed and walked to the full length mirror at one corner of her large room as she eyed herself up and down. She kept thinking, if my memory serves me right, today is exactly a week before the day I met Kion for the first time. The greatest swordsmaster in the entire Balverich Kingdom was it? Just you wait Kion. I will have my revenge and make you all feel the wrath of Kyra the Villainess.

The day had finally arrived, and just like in her first life she was going out to the garden to have tea with her mother and brother. A place where she will coincidentally encounter Kion and fall in love with him at first sight. She felt disgusted by the thought now after everything she had gone through. She was truly a very foolish and blinded child in her first life. But not anymore, she would not make the same mistake as she had the first time around.

Everything was going smoothly as it had in the past. The time for their encounter was drawing nearer.

"Sweetheart would you like to take a walk with mother? Your brother has his lessons soon" ,her mother, Duchess Sophia De Leta, said to her. She smiled brightly and as childishly as she could, tried to show excitement and as she responded in the positive. This is all according to what I remember, she thought. On a walk with mother after the tea party. We will come across one of the families workers bullying Kion at one of the gardens. And being taken in by his face, I will intervene and keep him by my side. And just as it had before, the scene was once again being played in front of her. And as before, she acted as though she had been bewitched by the dirtied yet handsome little boy called Kion as she stepped up to shield him from his oppressor.

"Are you alright? Tell me your name, nobody is going to ever hurt you again as long as you are by my side," she promised as she stretched out her hand to him. The little boy who lay there in pain looked up at her slowly and it reminded her once again why she had fallen in love with him before. Once those sparkling blue eyes met hers, her heart couldn't help but skip a beat once more for him. But she quickly shook the feeling off and reminded herself that this was most likely planned out by him to have a chanced encounter with her. She helped him rise to his feet and declared to the duchess that he would stop working in the gardens and become her close aide and friend. And as the only daughter of the family who was spoiled to the max, her mother agreed since she was showing interest in someone else her age for the first time.

"You still haven't told me your name little boy," she said as she held tightly onto his hand and squeezed with all her might. He winced with pain but she didn't lessen her grip until he muttered his name. "Kion, Miss. My name is Kion"

She smiled sweetly at him but shot daggers from her heart as she led him away. Yes, away to become her faithful slave whose future would now be in her hands.

  • Tales of De Leta   Chapter 14

Back at the academy, everyone was throwing a fit after finding out that three of their students had been kidnapped. And not just any ordinary students, but the only daughter of the De Leta house, the only son of the Laton house and the 1st Prince of the Balverich empire. The Headmaster let out a big sigh that could be heard by the Club president and his executives over the crystal ball used for communication. He had to keep things under wraps and find the kids quickly. Nothing like this had ever happened before. There were a lot of suspects as to who might have kidnapped the 1st prince, but none came to mind when it came to the De Leta villainess or the Golden heir. All hell could break loose if word got out about this, so the headmaster had already instructed that all students on the trip should be cut off from communicating with outsiders, especially their parents. The trip would have to be put on hold until the students were found. "Headmaster, what should we do?" the president as

He was losing a lot of blood and things were not looking good at all. He could hardly evade its attacks and counter-attacking was clearly not an option. The space was just too narrow. Carcel could only hope that Kyra had made it out of the alley safely and that Damien had taken her away to get help or something. He could no longer use his left hand and his right thigh was slashed and bleeding profusely. The thought of him dying crossed his mind and he smiled. He hadn't gotten the opportunity to confess his feelings more seriously yet. He couldn't die here. He blocked another attack when he heard Kyra scream from behind him. He turned around, forgetting that he had an opponent to face and got slashed in the back as well. He fell to his knees and gritted his teeth in pain. He had to save Kyra, was she unable to get to Damien? Were there two of the monsters? Why was no one coming to their aid even though they were making so much noise and the night market was not that far away

They were back at school, and she had her signed approval to go for the club trip. It was going to span over 5 days and that's because they were going to a neighbouring country and it would take almost 2 days just to get there, even by teleportation gates. Everything was going fine, Fiona was always with Kion, the 2nd Prince was always scowling whenever he saw her, Carcel was behaving like a lost puppy and Damien was avoiding her, most likely out of embarrassment at his bold move during the break. The day of their departure arrived and Kyra could not find her book. In case you're wondering, it's the same one she had written down events of her past life. Maybe she just could not remember where she put it or maybe because she was in a rush but she had no choice but to depart without it. She would just have to look for it more thoroughly later and she just hoped that nothing would happen since her being part of the Sparrow Club and going on their trip with them had not happened before.

'They' know? Who are they? Kyra was lost as to what he meant by saying that. And out of the blues nonetheless. She did not have much time to think about that though since she had to prepare for a more important event that was coming up. The club members would be going on a trip for the first time in a long while and worst of all, they were being accompanied by a very suspicious person. She had no recollection of who he was, but he was a teacher in the academy. She had seen him once or twice during club meetings and had assumed he once attended the school and was an alumnus of the Sparrow Club. He looked like a very normal person and a very cheerful teacher on the outside but she could not shake this uneasy feeling about him. The trip was going to be after their one week break, so for the mean time, Kyra planned on what to do with her break. It was meant to last for a week. And what a hectic week it turned out to be. Damien and Carcel were becoming more and more li

  • Tales of De Leta   Chapter 10

"I don't know what you did-" he sighed "-but welcome to the club Miss Kyra. Here is your club badge, we hold club meetings on the stipulated club days as seen in the booklet in front of you and anything else you would like to know is contained in it as well. Happy to have you." It was so fake that she almost gagged out loud infront of him. Maybe he was an executive member of the club or simply a senior who didn't like her, but she grabbed her items and left through a door behind him, in the opposite direction of where she had come in from. She was relieved since she would not have to come into contact with "him" again. She hurried off on her way and was happy that she had made it into the club. Maybe her brother had done something, but they were not as biased towards her as she thought they would be, especially considering her lack of talent in magic, well- at least in the practical sense of it. "You seem to zone out very easily and quickly. I guess you still have not learnt your les

She couldn't help but smile as she read the notice. The Sparrow Club for nobles was hosting one of its meetings later that week, and new members were being encouraged to attend. It would simply look as though they were inviting new members, but reading the notice further, anyone with half a brain would be able to tell that they were talking to only nobles, and only nobles whose family's had high enough positions in high society. She had been keeping an eye out for this opportunity. There were a few people she needed to meet and establish good relations with them to further aid her revenge. People whose very existence would hold a lot of authority and power by the time they graduate from the academy."I hope you don't think they will let you join," the 2nd Prince said with a smug look on his face. "Hahaha! Is that really what you're thinking with that dumb look on your face?""Don't talk to her like that Theo", Carcel said."Oh please, brother. Look at her, the Tyran
