Shit! What should I say to him?

Should I deny it and say I don't know what he was talking about, or should I ask him how he knows about that? If I ask him how he knows that, then won’t I be agreeing to the matter and indirectly telling him that he was right? That my mood indeed changes the environment around me? What if he is just testing me?

But what if he indeed knows something about it and can help me find out why I am like this in the first place?

Then again, can I really trust a person I have met for the first time? I mean, though he looks decent, wasn’t he staring at me like a stalker earlier?
