I thought we were already right outside his territory but when we got out of the plane, I realized we were in the airport; tons of people with thick jackets were walking around, holding their own luggage.

I looked at Fenris. "Are they all werewolves?"

He shook his head. "We usually blend in with humans." He tapped my head like a dog. "Come on, our helicopter is over there."

My lips parted. I thought we were just gonna ride in a van or car on the way to his den. It was slowly sinking into me how rich and big-time my soon-to-be husband is, for real. It made my nerves more nervous as most rich families hate to have a deep connection with average families like mine.

I hugged my shoulder as we walked toward the helicopter. The coldness could freeze me with the gloomy surrounding and some formed ice around the corners. I had a love and hate relationship with the winter seasons.
