Chapter seven

Hannah POV

   Immediately after I met with my client which went woefully, I went back to my office to pack my thing, I am going to him and he is going to free me "Jane, I won't be back today again, I need to be somewhere. important"

"Okay ma'am" she replied without questioning

I entered into my car and drive to the packhouse, there is no way I was going to miss direction because it was a straight path, when I got there, I met someone outside "please, I am here to see Liam" I didn't bother to greet since they won't answer me

"he is not in his office but I will get him for you" the guy replied and hurried away.

"you miss me already," said his flirting voice

"what did you do to me" I point an accusation finger at him

"let go where more private" came his reply like he already know what I am talking about.

"I am not going to be alone with you" I stated

"it's going to be in my office and we can leave the door open if you want" he smirked at me

I want to wipe off his face, I groaned as I followed him to his office "so what did you do to me" I asked again

"what are you talking about" now he wants to be playing smart with me

"you know what I am talking about, what wolf spell did you cast on me, I don't know  you I don't want to be your mate"

he laughed like what I said was ridiculous "will you calm down and tell me what happened" he said

How the hell did he want me to explain how he has entered into my dreams and fills my head with dirty thoughts about him "you know what I am talking about" I proclaimed

"How will I know if you did not tell me"

I sighed out loud "I only met you twice and you are already invading my dreams already" I accused

"invade your dreams, you dreamt about me" he exclaimed surprised

I flushed in embarrassment "I want it gone"

"I did not do anything love, it's just the mate pull, I warned you" he replied

"I don't know you," I said

"then, get to know me," he said like it was that easy to do

"I came here to work not to get a boyfriend"

"I won't be your boyfriend, I will be your mate which is more like your husband, it's a forever thing"

what the hell have I gotten myself into "human and werewolves, it doesn't make sense"

"We take it a step at a time love" he came to touch my shoulder and my heart begins to fluster "I know all of this is new to you but we werewolves aren't a monster," he said defending their species

he was more closer to me like I have dreamt about this afternoon, there was no place for me to run to because I was seating on the chair "I promise I won't do anything to hurt you because hurting you is like hurting myself" he furthermore

"How did you know I was your mate" I inquired

he step away from me and I sighed "my wolf can smell you and I identify immediately I saw you"

"I have a smell," I asked surprised as I begin to sniff myself "that's must be my perfume"

"it's not your perfume darling, it's you" he replied confidently

"How did you know I was the one since your wolf is inside me" I know my questions sound dumb but I still need to know

"because we are one, he is inside of me, his name is Leon"

"he got a name too," I asked stunned

"yes and we converse with each other in my head"

"How is that possible"

"you will understand one day, I might even show you my wolf one day that is if you are ready," he said "so will you give us a chance"

"do I have a choice," I asked raising my shoulder

"I am your mate but I won't force you into accepting me"

"in my world, the guy asks the lady out on a date"

"so will you go on a date with me," he asked instantly

"so quickly" I smiled, I was beginning to enjoy our little chat

"I want to have you by my side, I want to be able to introduce you to everyone that you are their Luna," he said truthfully

"okay" I raise a hand "I will go out on a date with you"

he jumped like he just won a fucking lottery, I didn't know it was going to mean that much to him "thank you so much" he appreciates

I responded with a small "where is Eric, you both are always together" I asked, I haven't seen him since I got here

"he is my beta which means second in command, he just found his mate so he is with her"

"is she also a human-like me"

"fortunately no, she is a werewolf from another pack"

"you mean there is another pack aside from this," I asked shocked

"There are many packs around that you don't know of because you are a human" he answered

"vampire and witches must be real since werewolves are real," I said that to myself but he heard

"they are, so when should I take you on our date" he shifted back the question

"When do you want us to go"

"Should we go now," he asked eagerly

"so soon, no, I still need to do my hair and look beautiful for our date" I replied looking down at myself

"you don't need all of that, you are beautiful and I will always want you no matter how you look"

this guy does know how to compliment a lady, my cheeks are red right now,  I bend my head to hide my face so he won't see them, he raises my chin, you don't need to be shy around me"

    I blushed, even more, I never felt this way before, maybe I should give this mate thing a chance "I should get going" I said not wanting to embarrass myself more in his front

"you don't need to go, I just find out my mate is ready to give me a chance and you want me to let you go," he said holding my hand and the similar Sparks shot through my body

"what going on in your mind"

"that's for you to find out," he said pulling me out of his office

he brought outside towards a garden and to be honest, the garden is very beautiful "this is my mum garden" he answered my unasked question

"So why did you bring me here"

"I want to know about you, I want to get to know you so I won't fuck up," he said taking us to a spot where we can sit down

"so what do you want to know about me and how come you are friends with a werewolf"

"I didn't know he was a werewolf" I defended, I won't have made him my best friend if I knew he was a werewolf

"you are clueless for you not to know"

"how do you expect me to know when we both agreed this world isn't real"

he laughed "it seems you got played, so your family"

"I ran away from me" I don't know but I felt like I can confide in him

"why," he asked more

"I came from a wealthy family, a family of four but as the only daughter, my father thought I will be perfect to expand his business"

"he wants to marry you off"

I nodded my head "he thought I won't be able to live on my own if I go against him but when I got the opportunity, I ran away from home, and that when I enroll myself in school where I met Gabe"

"sorry you have to go all through that" he apologized like it was his fault

"it's not your fault, that is what happens when you are born into a wealthy family"

"Not all families are like that," he said

"Hannah is that you" someone call my name

I turned and see that it was Eric "yes, I asked for you before" I told him

"I was wondering who could have dragged our alpha out of his den, not surprised it's you," he said which makes me laugh out loud

"I heard you found your mate, congratulations"

"I guess it's the luck you brought here," he said and then face Liam "no wonder you blocked everyone from reaching you"

"he left his phone in his office" I tried to defend him, at least he is here because of me

"he is not talking about the phone dear, it's our mind link"

I blink my eyes not once or twice because I am puzzled "mind link?"

"it's a werewolves thing, dear," he said

I still have a lot to learn about their lifestyles and luckily enough, I am not going anywhere.
