Mary’s pov

Ever since I marked Diego, I’ve been feeling more things, and I think it’s coming from him. Diego feels a lot. He’s happy, he’s excited, and he’s hungry. It’s like everything is coming in, and it made me want to be close to him. Especially if he’s happy. I can already picture his face, and his great smile. I really like his smile.

It’s also confusing the hell out of me, because marking him has stirred something else inside me too. This feeling of lust, I guess, is coming from Diego.

I ignored my wolf and kept walking to the training grounds. I had been here before, but it was always brief. I was here when we went to war against Norman or to drive Moon. She really needed to get her license.
