Chapter 51: Protecting Michael
I lay in bed, waiting for Warrick’s breathing to even out and his body to relax before rolling slowly out of it and creeping out of the room we share on the 4th floor. I still haven’t brought all my things up there and I’m not sure I will ever fully move into his room. Eventually, he will leave for training, and I hope by then, things will be settled enough for me to go with him.
