Rin’s words feel genuine, and when I look up at him and see the softness in his eyes, I realize that he isn’t lying to me at all. He is speaking the truth.

I’m not sure what to do with that information. There are flutters in my chest, and while blushing, I shove my hand into his warm palm and shyly look away.
