17. His first love
~20 Years Later~
Lillian woke up to the sound of the alarm go off on her phone. As she got up, she reached over and turned it off. She stretched and went to the bathroom. She washed her face with water and made her hair into a high ponytail. After wearing her exercising suit, and went out for a run.
Today was a big day for her, and she was excited about it. Finally, she was going to leave her toxic adoptive parents and sister and finally go live in the university dorms. Her best friend, Zack King, was going to help her after work to help her with her things.
After she came home, she went to her room and took a hot shower and changed into her office wear. She went down to greet her parents. They were sitting at the dining table eating their breakfast.
“Morning mom, morning dad.” She greeted them.
