Dedications

First: I would like to dedicate this story to everyone that didn't know who they truly were until they were adults and had to deal with the upheaval of their current lives when the realization occurred. On the opposite side of that coin this is also for those that have known their true selves for their whole life and refused to back down.

Second: Robert- Thank you for being supportive of this adventure, testing out some theories and the noise cancelling headphones that allow me to remain close to you while I work without having to divide my time. I love you too much and rent free.

Third: My children. May they never read this book until they are MUCH older, but if they do I hope they live their best and happiest life and know that they are the air that I breathe and my reason for everything that I do.

Fourth: My mother. Thank you for listening to my ramblings about plot points, the world of werewolves and VERY watered-down descriptions of dark romance. You have always been my idol, and I couldn't be half of the person I am without the love, guidance, and acceptance you have given me through the years.

Finally: My people. They know who they are. For being just as crazy as I am, supporting this crazy side quest my life has taken, calling me on my bullshit and listening to my ADHD stories with a genuine smile, words of wisdom and smart-ass comments. Whether you are laughing with me or AT me, I don't show it very often, but I appreciate you so much.

This world was something I created over the years in my random thoughts or while reading other books and thinking, "I would have done that a little differently."

I implore you put your thoughts on paper/screen. Write that poem that stirs your soul. Sing that song that brings back bittersweet memories or smiles. Creative outlets are an amazing way to purge negatives, uplift your spirit and show the world we are more than our money, status, job titles or appearance.

Never stop believing that you can do multiple things at once. Be multiple things at once. You are enough but if YOU wish, you are capable of so much more.
