*Crash*

The sound of glass shattering echoed in the room.

“Where is she?” A deep voice asked coldly.

In the dark room, a man in his mid fifties sat on a chair, a cigar dangling on his lips. His gaze was sharp and piercing.

“She hasn't come back since she went on the mission master Grey,” A shaky voice of a young man responded.

Sebastian Miller, who is the head of the red light district, an underground assassination empire and the adoptive father of Elena.

His gaze froze and the next instantly replaced by rage.

“What happened to her?” Sebastian demanded.

“We don't know, we have tried to reach her,” The man said.

“It's been more than a day, this isn't normal Steven,” He said a thought creeping into his heart.

He was the one that sent her on the mission himself. He knew how dangerous the man was. If Elena hasn't returned, it only means one thing. She has been captured.

“I will mobilize everyone. We will get her back,” Steven said, already heading to the door.

Sebastian had a worried expression. His brows tightly knitted together as he took a long drag at his cigar.

Meanwhile

Kael looked down at her. Swallowing the lump on his throat.

Her scent filled his nostrils and he inhaled hungrily.

She looked so alluring and his desires flared.

“Mate… Claim her,” His wolf roared in his mind.

“Wait, till the full moon. It's just a few days from now,” Kael said to his wolf.

“Ngh,” Elena moaned.

“Mate,” She said again, dragging Kael closer to her.

Kael knows she is also being controlled by her wolf.

He broke free from her grip, taking few steps away from the bed.

His breathing was fast, he looked down to see the huge bulge in his pants.

“Screw this,” Kael said, running his hands in his hair.

The first time, which is the marking time for werewolves, should be under the full moon. If he stayed here any longer he would lose control.

Needing to cook the storm brewing in him. He went to the bathroom, twisting the cold tap to full blast.

The cold water cascaded down his body, giving him little relief.

The next dey

The sunlight passed through the curtain, lighting the room.

Elena slowly opened her eyes. Her gaze froze seeing who was in front of her.

The mysterious man from earlier, sleeping a few inches away from her.

His sharp features stunned her, sharp jaws, long eyebrows.

Her eyes travelled down, seeing his bare chest, her breath itched. Her cheeks flushed red.

He looks vulnerable right now.

A thought flashed across her mind as she stretched out to pick the pillow, but her hand froze mid way.

She was chained again. She sighs deeply.

Her soul nearly left her body when she looked down to see his eyes opened.

“What did you just try to do?” He asked, still liying down. His eyes fixed on her.

Elena opened her mouth to speak but no words came out.

“You tried to kill me,” Kael said sitting up. The bedsheets slide off his body.

“Why are you keeping me here?” She asked.

“It's clear you don't want to kill me,” She added, scanning his face.

“Don't jump into conclusions,” Kael said walking down from the bed.

“If you don't let me go. I will find a way to escape,” Elena said.

“You can never leave. We are mates,” Kael said, his brows furrowed.

“What do you mean?” Elena asked, with a confused expression.

“You don't know?” Kael asked, bewildered. His gaze turned serious.

“Know what?” Elena snapped, her patience wearing thin.

“Be a good girl, if you stay you will be treated well, if you try to escape you will be locked again,” Kael threatened his gaze stern.

Her lips twitched. He sounded so entitled that it seems ridiculous.

“Don't talk like you own me,” She said with a sharp gaze.

His expression stiffened, he walked towards her. Her heart pounding, she moved back till her back hit the wall with no where to run.

Kael leaned in, pinching her chin. His face inches apart.

“I do. I own you. From the moment you walk through that door, your fate is already decided,” He said, his voice calmed as if he was talking about the weather.

She couldn't talk, just stared blankly at his face. Her thoughts in disarray. Her gaze moved to his lips, and that feeling resurfaced.

Feeling the urge to pounce on him.

“Mate… Claim her,” Kael wolf said in his mind.

“You will get used to it,” Kael said, releasing her. He walked out of the room.

“Wait! You can't leave me like this. Untie me,” Elena yelled furiously.

“When your attitude calms down,” Kael said.

He entered the bathroom, looking down at the budget in his pants, he cursed under his breath.

He turned on the cold shower, to ease his rising temperature.

Meanwhile, Elena couldn't do anything but wait. Her hands are going numb.

“Just you wait till I am free,” She thought.

Her thoughts were quickly interrupted as Kael walked out, already changed.

He gave her one glance before walking to the door.

“Wait,” Elena called, eyes bulging.

Kael paused but didn't turn around. “I agree,” Elena said, her house shaky but

“Agreed to what?” Kael asked.

Elena bit her lips in embarrassment.

“I would stay with you,” She said looking down.

Kael turned to face her.

“Good girl,” He murmured, loud enough for her to hear.

“Just please get this chain off, it's killing me,” Elena snapped.

He studied her for a bit, before walking to her. Reaching his hands in his pocket he brought out a small key.

“Did he really want to open it. It's he afraid I might attack him or even rub away?” Elena thought inwardly.

With a click, the handcuff fell to the bed.

Elena slowly massages her hands.

“Let me make something clear. In here, you follow my rules. Breaking any of them, you would get spanked,” Kael said, causing her brows to furrow.

“First, you can never leave this place or try to escape without my permission. Lying to me would be your worst mistake. You are to sleep beside me every night. Your body belongs to me now,” Kael said.

“What? What do you mean?” Elena asked.

“It’s what it sounds like,” Kael said, giving her a meaningful look.

“You can use the bathroom to clean up. I will be waiting downstairs,” Kael said, leaving her alone and walking out.

She lay on the bed, burying her head in the pillow. For some reason, she felt angry. Feeling the urge to rush there and slap him. This wasn't her first time walking in a situation like this. But why does she care? He was her enemy and nothing more. Meanwhile in Kael’s room. “Stop,” Kael the woman screamed, her voice dry. Kael pulled out of her. She collapsed on his chest. “Did something happen? You suddenly became rough,” She asked. “Go and clean up,” Kael ordered.“Why don't we clean up together?” She asked, meeting his gaze. “Never mind,” She said, rushing to the bathroom and leaving Kael alone. When she came back, he didn't say anything, just entered the bathroom. Switching on the cold shower. Her face keeps popping up in his mind. He hissed in frustration as he walked out, wearing a towel around his waist leaving his upper body bare. “Alexia,” he called while sitting on the bed. “Yes,” she answered. “Come,” Kael gestured with his hands. She went on all fours, crawl

"Bullshit,” Elena yelled, standing up so fast that the chair scraped against the ground. She stared at him, her gaze mixed with disgust and anger. “Mr, kidnapping me here isn't enough. You are even trying to feed me this lie. Werewolves?” She scoffed, rolling her eyes. Kael’s brows furrowed as he stared at her. “At least you have done your assignment pretty well knowing many things about me. But don't think I am stupid trying to fool me with these fantasy nonsense,” She said. “Suit yourself,” Kael said standing up. “Stop, if you know this much about me. Shouldn't I at least know one thing about you?” She asked not meeting his gaze.He didn't reply immediately, letting the silence stretch. “What do you want to know?” Kael asked at last with a low voice. “You can at least tell me your name,” She said folding her hands “Kael,” He said simply before walking away. At the garage, James was already waiting for him beside a black SUV jeep. As he got closer, James opened the car doo

He sat down rubbing his temples.“Sir, you brought the woman to your room yesterday. She is dangerous,” James said out of concern. “Don't meddle with my business,” Kael growled. “Any news?” He asked, closing his eyes. “Nothing much, the deal is closed. All that remains now is your final signature,” James said.“Next 3 days, you have a meeting in the Moon hall,” James added. “Isn't the next three days the full moon?” Kael asked, his eyes fully open. “Yes, is something the matter?” James asked. Kael fell into deep thought, not responding to his question. “If it is about you not finding your Luna. Most of the pack knows not to bother you about it,” James said. It's not that I have found her,” Kael said. “But, there is a problem,” Kael said, sighing. Meanwhile Elena just finished bathing.

The first thing Elena felt was cold. Then pain. She felt a huge headache, feeling as if her head would fall off. She slowly opened her eyes. What greeted her was an empty and dark place. The room was illuminated by the small bulb at the ceiling. The air was moist and mouldy, the taste almost made her gag. She winces in pain as her muscles ache. She tried to sit up, but noticed two huge chains binding her hands. “Where am I?” She asked herself her gaze darting around trying to recall how she got into this trouble. This place felt like an underground dungeon. The last thing she remembered was getting a mission to steal a precious item and kill someone, then… something struck her head and darkness. She tried to free herself from the chains, but couldn't. After some time she gave up. The door creaked open, interrupting her thoughts. She tilted her head to the direction. The sound of unhurried footsteps approached her. She flinched as her heartbeat quickened. Waiting for the pers
