Chapter 8

PRINCE ANDY POV

While Lily was passed out in my room I figured I should use the time wisely and do some solid consideration to my circumstances at the moment. I knew the moment Lily woke up that I would be in for it. I had thought that I wanted to keep going with my life the way it was, but now that I've been around her for a decent amount of time I don't think I can let her go. Watching that vampire about to attack had knocked a little sense into me. I couldn't risk her leaving and getting injured. I needed her. She was a necessary to my existence as the air that I breathe. It was that thought that finally pulled me out of my stubborn streak and brought me to my decision. The one that I should have been able to make without all this back and forth and debating. I'm going to embrace the mate bond, and pray that I can make this work. I think we both could use some body that is a stable and caring person in our lives.

After hearing her story I felt really bad for my fiery, little mate.
