Connor's POV

I realized that she doesn't feel anything towards me. She's not in pain and my suspicions were getting stronger. I need to begin my investigation with her. 

“I don't know what you're talking about, Alpha.” She replied, so I let go of her. I turned my head away from the other direction and started walking away. She was still calling my name, but I did not return. I need to start my investigation, but I will do that once the darkness started and when everyone was asleep, so I stayed in my room until darkness has arrived.
