We herded the Dawn Stalkers out of the hall as the sun came up, collecting the rest of the guns and piling them in the center of the town. Taking stock of our losses, we came out of the fight far better than I had expected but not unscathed. We lost ten pack members. Nineteen were injured. Thanks to the local doctor who stayed behind with a few of the other residents, they were getting treated at the local clinic.There was damage to the shops and offices along the main road, but nothing severe. An hour after we trapped the Dawn Stalkers in the town hall, I prepared to make contact. We had used some of the vehicles left behind to start moving bodies.
