“Stay back a minute if you don’t mind, Vic” Selene called as she dismissed our small group from training.
“Everything good?” I asked.
“Perfect actually. I think its time for you to lose the training wheels. Well, most of them.” She chuckled. “I’m giving you an assignment. You won’t be attending the pack training going forward. Starting tomorrow, I’m placing you as the Alpha’s assistant.”
“I’m not sure I understand.” I frowned. “I thought I was doing well with your specialized training.”
