"At least drink a little! At this rate, people will assume that I'm the one having the problem!" River grumbled while holding out a glass of whiskey that Sean had ignored.

"I don't want to drink. I just want some company, is that too hard for you? Why have you been grumbling since earlier?" asked Sean—whose sad tone made River grunt in annoyance.

"I'm not grumbling, really! If you don't want to drink, then fine!" River argued still with a grumbling sound, making Sean, who heard it purse his lips with a pitiful look.

"Okay! I'm not grumbling, and I'll accompany you here. So don't be so grumpy!" River finally relented, persuading Sean to stop the man from frowning even though he was also very annoyed and wanted to show his sullen face to the man.

Yes, of course, River was very annoyed because he was in a hot making out with Daisy—something he had imagined all day to strengthen himself through all the energy-draining work—when suddenly Sean came banging on his room door.
