Priest sighed. There were more no-furs to indoctrinate today. There was the strange creature that had come through the portal to deal with. His benefactor didn't seem to understand what they were trying to do here. And it was barely past noon.

The Grey-fur pirate captain wasn't a tyrant but he liked things to run well and on schedule. At this rate, he was going to have to have Bright and his compatriot escort the no-fur waiting for his first Marking to a housing cage and scrap the attempt to discover if he was able to be drained today or not. Ink had better have a fantastic, or at least passable, excuse for not showing up.
