Sienna POV

I couldn’t help being curious as we walked down the hallway. There were doors everywhere—lined up one after another, like we were in a hotel. There were so many that I finally asked Red’s butler which room I’d be sleeping in.

“Why do you want to know?” His eyes narrowed slightly.

“Uh… just because.” I frowned. “It’s just a question, okay?”

“Lower your voice, Ms. Sienna. Sir has sharp hearing. He might hear you.”

“Just tell me already!” I snapped, annoyed. I only wanted to know so I could avoid it later—if I had to crawl just to not walk past Red’s room, I would.

Nicolas started walking again, and I followed behind him.

“You seem… irritated with Sir,” he said, glancing back.

Wow, he talks like we’re close. “No, that’s just your imagination,” I replied flatly.

Nicolas chuckled. He clearly sensed it, so why bother asking? Suddenly, he stopped walking, and my face bumped right into his back. When I pulled away, I noticed a faint smear of my makeup on his tuxedo. Great. Totally his fault for stopping without warning.

“You asked where Sir’s room is, didn’t you?”

I fixed my hair and muttered, “Yeah.”

“This is it.”

I looked up—and my jaw dropped. Compared to the other doors we passed, this one was massive and jet black. It looked like three people standing on top of each other wouldn’t even reach its height. Seriously, who makes a bedroom door this huge? How does Red even open it without getting dragged with it?

“You’re quiet. Are you amazed?” Nicolas asked.

“No. I’m just wondering what your boss was thinking. A door like that belongs at the front of the mansion, not in a bedroom. It’s a miracle his body’s still intact every time he pushes it open—especially since he’s blind.”

“Tsk, tsk.” Nicolas shook his head. “Even if you think badly of Sir, you still talk back to him so casually. But since this is his house, we can’t say anything about his… taste in design.”

I rolled my eyes. That door was ridiculous.

“Before you get even more annoyed,” Nicolas continued, “you should know—your day might get worse whenever you see him… or open your own room door.”

I frowned. “What do you mean by that?”

He turned to look behind me, so I followed his gaze. My eyes widened. There was another door—a red one. It stood out just as much.

“That’s your room,” he said.

My eyes grew even wider, and I quickly faced him. “You’re joking, right? You’re serious that this is my room? I’ll take a normal one with a white door, thanks.”

But he shook his head, his hands clasped neatly behind his back. He looked way too composed to be a butler.

“I’m sorry, Ms. Sienna, but this really is your room. Isn’t it great? Sir wanted to make sure you’d be comfortable here. That room is special—Sir only allows people he truly trusts to stay there. Even Miss Cassandra wasn’t allowed inside.”

I scratched my head. Red trusted me already? Impossible. Maybe Scarlet never got in because she was always in his room instead.

“Maybe your boss got dizzy from his obsession with revenge and gave you the wrong room assignment. I’m fine with one of those normal ones we passed earlier. This one looks like a whole house on its own.”

“Exactly.”

“What?!”

He smiled faintly. “The room behind you is fully furnished. It has a bathroom, sofa, closet, mini pantry, television, and refrigerator. The only thing missing is a stove—since cooking is done in the main kitchen, you’ll still need to go out when it’s mealtime.”

“You’re serious?”

“Do I look like I’m joking?” he answered, dead serious.

“Unbelievable!”

“Let’s go inside so you can rest. Everything you might need is already in there—clothes, toiletries, personal items.”

He left me standing there, slightly open-mouthed. Honestly, I thought Red would make me stay in the maid’s quarters since I was only pretending to be his girlfriend. But since he treated me like an actual person, my irritation toward him went down… maybe just a tiny bit.

I entered the room. Nicolas wasn’t lying—it was enormous. The space was so big, it could be divided into three separate bedrooms.

“If you need anything,” Nicolas said, holding up a small round device from the bedside table, “press this buzzer. Someone will come immediately to ask what you need.”

“Even that’s high-tech? Just to ask a question?”

“It was made for Sir Red. Since he can’t see, he had these installed so that whenever he needs something, someone can enter right away. It’s also for emergencies—if he slips or bumps into something, we can reach him faster.”

“Then why do I have one too?”

“Actually, every room in the mansion has one. Just in case. Even Sir carries one in his pocket at all times.”

I nodded. “How does he know where everything is, though?”

“I told him where each buzzer was located. Once I explain their exact positions, he remembers perfectly.”

“Wow. That’s impressive. It’s hard enough to move around without bumping into something.”

"Sir Red is different. He can move through the entire mansion without a cane—like a man who can still see. That’s why people often misunderstand. They think he’s pretending to be blind. What they don’t know is that he struggled—almost bled tears—just to learn to live normally without his sight.”

So Red had gone through all that? No wonder he seemed… intense.

“I’ll leave you here for now,” Nicolas said. “I need to rest too. I have to wake up early. Oh—and good luck tomorrow.”

I frowned. “Wait, what do you mean by that—?”

But he was already gone. The man moved like he had wheels on his shoes.

Good luck tomorrow? What was happening tomorrow?

I sighed. Never mind. I needed sleep more than answers. I hadn’t had a full eight hours since I started working at the bar. Back then, sleeping that long felt like a crime. If I ever did, my whole schedule would be ruined.

I sat on the bed and gasped softly. The mattress was so soft it felt like it was swallowing me whole. I was about to lie down when I remembered my makeup and my outfit—definitely not sleepwear. I went to the closet, where I spotted a vanity mirror beside it. All the skincare and beauty products were already there.

He really thought of everything—even women’s essentials. For a second, I wondered… if Scarlet hadn’t cheated, would Red have treated her like a queen too? I shook the thought away, grabbed a pack of wipes, and removed my makeup before lying down.

---

Time Check: 6:30 A.M.

I shot up, startled by a loud noise. I glared toward the sound and froze.

Nicolas stood there—with a megaphone.

“Good morning, Ms. Sienna!” he greeted cheerfully. “You need to eat now. You have something to do today.”

Sienna POV Belle crossed her arms and raised a brow.“Your boss wants this. So you have no choice. Now start again. Five steps—if you manage five steps, we stop for today. I’m going home after that.”A wide smile spread across my face. Surely, I could handle five steps. Besides, I still needed to find a hiding place for the broken plate.I exhaled sharply, closed my eyes for a moment, then opened them again.Slowly, I began to walk. I didn’t lift my feet properly—more like sliding them across the floor—just to achieve Belle’s precious five steps.---I was one step away from success when my foot landed wrong. My right ankle twisted sharply. I squeezed my eyes shut, unable to balance; my entire body was definitely going to crash onto the floor.I waited for the impact—but nothing hit me.I opened my eyes and turned, frowning at the man currently holding me in his arms.“Red?”He immediately pulled away and gave me a slight push, but because my ankle had twisted, I couldn’t stand prop

Red POV “N-No, Sir. I was going to give you this month’s report once you arrived. It’s in my office, I’ll get it right away.” Freya rushed out and returned quickly. She handed me the report. I couldn’t review it yet because the equipment I used to read documents was at home.“Go back to your work.”Once Freya left, I sat down with both documents in my hands.“A lot of things seem to be going wrong in your company, Sir Red,” Nicolas said.“They’re taking advantage of my weakness. But they don’t know I’m smarter than all of them—even if I can’t see.”“Who do you think sent you the wrongs reports?”“The real question is: which one is real? If someone were to send me a report, it should be the correct one—but it wasn’t. That means money really is being stolen from the company, and the bigger question is: who sent this to me?”“Could it be one of your employees? Someone who knows something suspicious is happening?”“Possibly. Or maybe not.”“It’s difficult to tell who it is. But if the do

Red POV Nicolas guided me toward a chair. What exactly was Richard saying about the company?“Sorry, Red, but your company is on the brink of collapse. Many investors have chosen to pull out because of your condition.”I smirked. “My condition? What does my condition have to do with whether they invest or not? You’re all here to help me. What exactly have you been doing—and why is my condition the main topic of this meeting?!”“They want someone else to run your company, Red. The other directors have already agreed it’s time for you to step down as CEO.”A smirk that turned into a quiet laugh escaped me. I built this company from the ground up, and now just because I can’t see, they think I should be replaced? No matter how useful they think they are, I’m still the one who decides what happens to this company.“Where’s Adam?” I asked.“He’s not here. We don’t know where he is.”I rubbed my temple. The COO of the company was missing at the exact moment I needed him.“No one is replac

  • The Blind Billionaire's Fake Girlfriend [ ENGLISH ]   10 - Noise Behind The Door

Red POV When I reached the living room. “I’ve done it.” “Good.” I shook my head. If I didn’t need Sienna’s help, I would never have apologized. I know I’ll never find another woman like her—she’s the only one who fits the kind of personality I want in a woman. Out of all the girls Nicolas tried to introduce to me, only Sienna wasn’t swayed by my looks or money. “Even if you wave all your wealth in front of her, Sir Red, she’ll never let anyone win over her. She mentioned that herself, so even if it’s difficult, you’re the one who needs to humble yourself.” “This is the last time. I don’t want to be the one to approach her again just to apologize.” “Even if you were the one at fault?” I turned seriously toward the right, where Nicolas’s voice came from. Sienna is only pretending to be my girlfriend, and I don’t want her getting too close to me. We’ll only act in front of people—after that, we go our separate ways. That’s all. “Even if I was the one at fault.” I’m sure Nicol

  • The Blind Billionaire's Fake Girlfriend [ ENGLISH ]   9 - An Unexpected Apology

Sienna POV I shook my head. “When I get angry, it lasts the whole day. As long as I see the person who made me angry, it won’t go away, and I might end up saying something I’ll regret. I’d rather not eat.” I turned to Nicolas. “I’ll go to my room first. Belle’s still eating anyway. I’ll just come back later when she’s done.” I couldn’t read Nicolas’s expression, but he gave me a small smile before I walked away. --- Once I reached my room, I grabbed a pillow and punched it repeatedly until I got tired. I dropped to the floor, panting. I didn’t want to lie on the clean bedsheets because I was drenched in sweat and didn’t want it to stick to the pillow and blanket. I sighed and stared at nothing. At the bar, my boss had been so kind, but here—he might be rich, yet his attitude was terrible. I tilted my head for a moment before breaking into a wide smile, remembering the biscuit in the pocket of the shorts I wore last night. I searched for the shorts in the laundry basket beside

  • The Blind Billionaire's Fake Girlfriend [ ENGLISH ]   8 - No One Backs Down

Sienna POV My mouth fell open at what Red said. It was as if he was telling me that what I was doing was easy, even though it clearly wasn’t. “What did you just say?” I asked seriously. I walked up to him and stopped right in front of him. “Say that again.” He tilted his head slightly. Red always seemed to know exactly where a person was even without seeing them. “I said,” he repeated, “what Belle’s making you do is easy. Why can’t you do it right away?” I bit my lip hard. This man was really getting on my nerves, and I needed to calm myself down before I lost it. “If it’s that easy, then go on—do it yourself. Let’s switch places. I’ll sit there, and you wear these stilettos and walk in a straight line. Then we’ll see if you can still say it’s ‘easy,’” I said firmly. Red raised both eyebrows. “Why would I do that? I hired Belle to teach you, not me.” “Oh, you—” I shut my eyes, trying to hold myself back. Belle and Nicolas were just watching us. Nicolas looked especially worr
