'Don't say that, Darcy,' he said, 'I didn't bring you here to apologise. I brought you because I miss you, Darcy. I missed being with you.”

He captured her lips and started kissing her passionately. Darcy's whole body was on fire.

He broke off after some time, letting his hands slip from her shoulders as he looked down into the heart of the fire, what he had been about to say crushed back by some passing thought.

As his hands followed the slim curvaceous lines of Darcy's body in the clinging red dress which made her look more seductive Gale wanted to do nothing but kiss her.
