(Selene’s POV)

The moment I stepped into the living room, my cousins were already waiting. I barely had the chance to speak before they rushed toward me, each of them pulling me into tight embraces one after another.

“Thank the Moon you’re finally awake,” Celina whispered against my shoulder, her voice trembling with relief. Jace’s hug nearly crushed the air out of me, but I didn’t mind.

Elijah was right… they must have been terrified when they heard I was unconscious.

“I’m glad you’re all here,” I murmured, smiling faintly at each of them. “But… where did you go? I heard you were gone for four days.”

A heavy silence fell. Their eyes flicked to one another, searching for someone to answer. Finally, Ronan cleared his throat. “We’ll… talk about it later. Somewhere private.”

I studied their guarded faces. Curiosity tugged at me, but I knew better than to push. My cousins always had their reasons. So I simply nodded. “Alright. Later then.”
