Chapter 102: Beautiful Fiancee

Megan's POV

I may look so confident, but I am breaking inside; it wasn't a good sight to see your fiance hugging his ex, but I couldn't walk away and leave. I made the same mistake years ago. I was young back then and didn't think of anything but the pain I felt. We separated from each other because of unresolved issues, and I will never walk out without hearing Ashton's side of the story.

The result of our confrontation may crush my heart or make me happy. My fiance gave me tons of flowers inside my office this morning, and I don't think he will quickly have a change of heart. I don't know how to approach him since it feels like my throat is dry, and I have lost my speaking ability.

"Ashton," I only said his name in more than a whisper, and it was enough to make him let go of Claire, and when he turned around, I could see the guilt written all over his face, and the pain and he was speechless, and I walked closer to him, and I tiptoed and kissed him on the lips. And it was all I needed to do to know if what I saw earlier was worth all my tears or not.

I felt his arms tighten around me in seconds, and he kissed me senselessly while he was caressing my back. And I could feel Ashton's lips travel down to my collar bone, and I softly moaned to let Claire know I am enjoying Ashton's kiss, and I think my fiance had forgotten he had a visitor. This time it was my turn to smile at Claire triumphantly, and I saw how her face flared with anger,

"Hi, I am so sorry, Claire; I just missed my fiance so much after I arrived in my office and found out the entire place turned into a flower shop, and I came to deliver my thank you message personally. But I didn't know you were here." I said after I gave Ashton a look to stop, and he snapped back to reality, but his eyes never left mine, and he was giving me a hungry gaze combined with lust and love that made Claire angrier.

"What business do you have with my fiance?" I asked, and her eyes darted to my engagement ring; and I couldn't believe she was speechless; and I made sure she could see my ring clearly as I brought my hand in front of me and smiled at her.

"By the way, we are getting married, and we will send you the invitation card once Ashton and I can finalize the date of our wedding; he wanted to marry me right away, but he didn't want to give me a simple wedding, and he made me the happiest woman on the planet." I declared I am not the type of person who will brag about something, but this time Ashton's ex got on my nerves.

"I only wanted a simple wedding, but he insisted on having a grand one; what can I do if the man of my life wanted to make me feel love and adore. I am flattered, and I wanted to invite you, Claire, cordially." I added, and this time it was sincere coming from me. 

"You think you can faze me, Megan? News flash, you can never have Ashton; he belonged to me." She responded as she looked daggers at me.

"Claire, stop; I don't want to hurt you, but could you at least be happy for Megan and me?" Ashton said before I could reply to Claire.

"Huh! Be happy? How could you say that, Ashton? You made me like a fool by canceling our wedding, and this time, I will never let the two of you end up together, and I will make sure of that," she declared.

"You were asking me to be happy for you? And how about me? Will I be spending my life in misery while you have the best time of your lives? You are asking me an impossible thing, Ashton, and I only say this once, I will do everything I can to stop your wedding, and you, Megan Alvamiza, will regret this, and I know I still have my last card." She said and walked out through the door without taking a second glance, and I almost jumped to my feet when she closed the door with a loud bang.

Ashton didn't waste his time, he devoured my lips once hungrily, and this time we kissed passionately until my lips got swollen, and I didn't need Ashton's explanation to know what happened.

"I am sorry," his words died in my mouth as I claimed his mouth.

"You don't need to explain, Ashton, and I already know what happened," I whispered after letting go of his mouth.

"Claire will always be a pain in the ass," he responded with a heavy sigh.

"Hey, don't worry, I will never let her win. And there is no way I will give you up, Ashton." I said, and the smile he gave me was enough to make me have butterflies in my stomach.

"That's my girl, but it should be my line, Megan. I will be the one to protect you and not the other way around," he said with a wide grin on his face.

"I am sorry if you have to undergo things like this because of me." He said.

"Hey, I am now stronger, Ashton, and I am not the young and naive girl you fell in love with," I responded, and he caressed my face.

"I will forever be in love with that girl, and I became more in love with this woman standing in front of me now, and I thank you for being so understanding, Megan," Ashton said.

"I love you, and I know that in loving, we should widen our understanding and thank you for not letting Claire tempt you," I said as I bit my lower lip.

"I already told you to stop doing that, Megan. Do you know I wanted to make love with you?" He asked, and I could feel my face turn bright red.

"I thought you would never say that, Ashton; what do you think is the reason why I came here? Do you think I came just to say thank you for the flowers, Mr. Pritzgold?" I said as I tried my best to sound so seductive as I raised my skirt to expose my legs, and his hungry eyes made me feel so weak.

He growled before he attacked my lips, and we were kissing and touching each other hungrily, and Ashton was caressing my thighs when he suddenly stopped, and I felt disappointed when his hands left my frame.

"I need to lock the damn door, Meg," he said as he let go of my legs and mouth. With long strides, he latched the lock of his office so we could have privacy, and I couldn't stop giggling as I saw him strip his clothes one by one; and I needed to swallow my saliva as I gazed at his hot body before me, and I could tell he was made into perfection just for me.

"Loving what you see, Megan?" He asked in a husky voice that brought shivers to my entire body down to my spine, and I couldn't stop drooling over him.

"Always, and this is my favorite scene, and I wanted to take a picture of you wearing only your necktie, and I can stare at you like that forever, but you looked so damn hot that I wanted to have you right now," I said, and he chuckled as he walked closer to me without fluttering his eyes. The way his hungry eyes traveled from my face down to my sensitive parts made me feel so wet.

"Oh, Megan, you are driving me insane and so hard. Can you see what you did to me?" He asked as he stroked his glorious erection, and I smiled, looking at his handsome face with lust and love all over his face. And I love the way he was brushing his manhood in front of me, and it was a glorious sight after I almost had a heart attack when I saw him hugging Claire earlier.

"I know, and you don't have any idea how wet I am right now for you, "I said in more than a whisper, and I was taking all my self-control not to throw myself at him just yet, and it drove him wild, and with one fluid motion Ashton picked me up while I couldn't stop myself giggling, and he carried me into the long leather sofa.

"Shit, Meg, you are making me crazy by the way you tease me, and you nailed it, my dear fiancee." He said as he slowly put my frame on the sofa, and he took his time undressing me while he was drinking me in.

We made love inside his office long and sweet, and I smiled as I realized he devoured my mouth with his when I came with my toes curling, and I could still feel the aftermath of our sweet union. And I was lying on top of him, catching my breath after having another hot and steamy lovemaking. And I couldn't stop smiling like an idiot as he caressed my face with his calloused hands.

"I am starving," he said in more than a whisper, and I could feel his erratic breathing as he looked at me with gentleness.

"Me too; I am hungry," I said, and he kissed me on the lips one more time before he pulled me up with him. Ashton picked up my clothes from the floor and handed them to me, and he was still looking at me with the same intensity.

"I couldn't get enough of you, Miss Alvamiza, but we need to eat lunch," Ashton said while he gave me a lustful smile.

I felt so sexy as I put back my dress while he was still gaping at me; and he held my hand, and we got out of his office with beautiful smiles on our faces. I know we are going to face more challenges in the future, but I know our loyalty and devotion to each other will keep our love stronger day by day. And I couldn't express the happiness I felt as we walked toward the elevator, and I heard one of Ashton's employees referred me as Ashton's beautiful fiancee.
