"I'm so happy to see you!" I laughed as Michelle jumped onto me, embracing me in a tight hug.

I hadn't heard from Matthew since the other night and frankly it didn't ease my worries.The burden of carrying such a secret still weighed heavily upon me and I was constantly on edge, waiting for the next attack.
