THE TWINS MUST DIE
Upon awakening, Alexi sees her beautiful babies lying in hospital bassinets on her side. The nurses brought a makeshift cot into the room for Nicolas next to the babies.
As she watched her beautiful babies, Alexi felt a mixture of happiness and sadness in her heart. King William knew how to infiltrate any pack, he understood all the vulnerabilities in our people, and she feared he would kill her babies.
While she pondered her limited options for hiding her babies, a plan formed in her mind. It was Alexi's intention to appear that she and her babies had died during birth. As a result, she could take King William by surprise and hide her babies with Jeremy. A magic spell would need to be performed on Alexi to alter her appearance so she would appear like someone else.
