Chapter 12- Damien
The human and Adrian were so engrossed in themselves that they didn’t even see me coming. I am hating this guy more every passing second.
Everyone in the room went silent except for her. She has a really sweet voice that made my insides melt. I can hear her talk all day without getting tired.

I growled to let them know my presence. She stopped talking and looked at Adrian, who looked at her too and they burst into laughter, totally forgetting me.
Cole nudged her and both of them got up, turning to face me. She turned around and sat down on her chair. Adrian asked her what she was doing and she said that we can eat now as I am here.
Why is she even sitting with this lot and not with me? I lifted her on my shoulder and dropped her on the seat next to mine which is meant for the Luna of the pack. I know I never wanted the pack to know about her but this has to be done. She argued with me but in the end gave in.

I woke up to someone’s head lying on the right side of my bed and an IV on my other hand. My head is pounding. I poked the person and he stirred. I went straight to find an unmated female and got my boner in control, all the while imaging the human under me, which I didn’t want to but she kept popping in my mind.
