Chapter Twelve

It's been two days since the last time I slept. The fear was getting the best of me, and I started to get paranoid about everything. I started to look for a new house so at least I could feel a bit safe. I am so tired and I haven't had a shower in two days. I got out of bed and went to the bathroom to take a quick shower. The warm water relaxed my muscles but not my mind. I got out of the shower and wrapped myself in towels and brushed my teeth. Today I didn't bother myself putting on makeup. I got dressed in one of my work costumes, put my hair in a messy bun, and headed out of the apartment. I didn't care how I looked I just wanted this nightmare to be over.

I parked my car at my usual spot and got in. Olivia wasn't waiting at the main entrance, which is a bit odd, but Aiden was.

''Someone is looking hot today,'' he says looking me up and down.

''I am not in the mood to talk to Aiden, so please stop it,'' I say to him with a tired expression.

    "Elly, get your fat ass out. You've been in that bathroom for two hours.'' I huffed in annoyance and finally put some red lipstick on.
