CHAPTER 18

Wolves

I held my breath and looked up at the two guards. The two guards looked seriously at Elora. But they were also avoided and settled in their place.

Fortunately, they didn't notice Elora's strange behavior.

Elora continued walking out of the castle gate. When we were far away Elora turned to the right where no other servants or guards were passing by.

It stopped, so I stopped too. "Here you go, straight to the outer gate of the castle." She pointed on the way to the gate house of the castle.

I hugged Elora, I know she can't see me but somehow she can feel me.

"Thank you, Mother Elora." She nodded and smiled. I held his hand.

"Be careful. The rabbit is outside the castle. He's waiting for you. So don't make any noise or any gesture that will distract the people here in the palace." It turned in both directions to make sure no one else could see us.
