I don't know why I came, maybe because I felt obligated because he bailed me out of jail.

Yes, that's it. That's the real reason.

I would've felt guilty if I had refused his invitation after what he did for me. Although, it was sort of his fault I ended up getting arrested!

I never planned on punching Francis. I have no vendetta against the guy; what happened between Logan and him is none of my business.

But when I saw him punch Logan in the gut, I couldn't control my anger and moved fast to defend him. I couldn't let Logan get hurt, even though he sometimes acted like an annoying brat.

"I didn't think you'd actually come," Logan says after a while.

"Yeah, well...I owe you for bailing me out," I said.

He shakes his head no. "That's not true. You punched Francis for me, so we are even."

"What the hell did you do to him anyway?" I ask. I am ready to learn the truth about Logan. I know Francis isn't just a bully because he only seems to target Logan.
