It was a normal day in the air kingdom, Winstrain was doing his usual flight to see that all was well in his kingdom, then something caught his heightened hearing, the sounds of a woman sobbing. He swooped down hiding in the trees and transformed into his human form, his ice blue eyes watching the woman through the thicket, she had clearly heard him. Quickly wiping away the tears and putting a brave face, this made Winstrain smile, she was adorable.
“I know you’re there, show yourself”
Winstrain, slowly emerged from behind the thicket, his pompadour hair neatly set, his hair as white as the clouds and olive toned skin, wearing a white shirt and black pants with laced up boots, he held his hands up.
“Forgive me my lady”
He bowed slowly, lifting his head slightly to see the beauty that stands before him, her soft cream skin, her gemstone green eyes, her thick strawberry blonde hair that highlig
After that magical kiss they shared a day ago, Nuri and Alec spent most of their time getting to know one another. They had enjoyed a wonderful dinner together that Alec had prepared, he could not stop thinking about how safe he felt with Nuri and in such a short space of time they had become almost inseparable. Alec had given it much thought and after careful deliberation, he had decided that he would open up to Nuri about his entire life. He escorted Nuri to the living hall and opened a bottle of her finest wines. Nuri lit a fire and they sat on the couch, Alec took a deep breath, “Nuri, I want to talk to you” Nuri leaned over and took Alec’s hand in hers and caressed the back of his hand with her thumb. “I’m listening” “I may seem carefree, but there is so much hidden be
As Nuri landed she transformed into her human self and Winstrain did the same, they walked in and Alec’s jaw dropped. He looked at Nuri and she giggled“This is Winstrain, the air archdragon.”“Winstrain, you remember Alec?”“Yes, ofcourse. Good to see you again and might I say; under less hostile circumstances”“Indeed it is”Alec spoke and the trio chuckled and walked into the lounge. Nuri sat next to Alec and Winstrain across them. Alec read the room and cleared his throat,“I’m going up to my study to work on a new spell and reply to some of the letters received from the other villages”He kissed Nuri on the head and left. Nuri smiled at the loving gesture and affection shown. She then turned her attention to Winstrain, who was sitting there and admiring her and A
Alluvium looked at Miranda in complete disbelief, it was impossible for the archdragons to have mates and he remembered his father telling him that the archdragons were infertile. That “thing” couldn’t be his, Alluvium laughed,“Hahah… hahahahaha!!”“What’s so funny”“You actually expect me to believe that thing you’re carrying is mine?”“Because it is”“You silly wretch, I told you that archdragons are infertile”“But…”Alluvium grabbed Miranda by the hair at the back of her head, Miranda sobbing softly. Alluvium bent her head back and hissed in her ear“This thing, is not mine; you think you can go and spread your legs for anyone down in the village and then use me to protect this bastard child&r
Nuri and Alec were growing closer with each sunrise and each sunset. Laying in bed with Nuri wrapped up in his arms, Alec realized that he did not want to be without her, if anything; he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Nuri. He wanted to to protect her, be the man she deserved… but he was nothing more than a human, looking at Nuri that lay sound asleep, he pulled her close and she snuggled in his arms, the idea than dawned on him; what if he was to find a transformation potion to help him change into a dragon! Slowly creeping out of the bed, careful not to wake Nuri up. He walked down the hall to his study, Nuri had it made up and furnished to make Alec feel more at home. Alec paced up and down the room, reading every spell book and potion book that he had at his disposal to find a way to transform into a dragon and back to human. He grew frustrated, every book, every scripture said the same thing “life threatening”; the last book Alec flung to the floor and ran his fingers
At sunrise, Alec was back in his study, keeping himself holed up the entire day. Nuri popped her head in just to see that he was okay, she was expecting a visit from Winstrain. It had been about four months since they had last seen each other and since she had advised him on how to approach this woman he had started developing feelings for. When Nuri had gotten through to Winstrain she noticed that he was as cold as the ice winds and closed off.As Winstrain approached, Nuri could feel a chilling breeze, it was not his usual light and crisp. As he landed, he pushed open the mansion door and practically barged in, this behavior made Nuri angry and she felt disrespected, she snapped,“Have you forgotten how to enter your queens house!?”Winstrain quivered at the sound of Nuri’s booming, he immediately realized his mistake and bowed,“Forgive my insubordinate behavior, it has been a rough few months for me… but it is no excuse for my behavior”“Now, that we have brought you back to your
Alec and Nuri were sitting on blankets by the fire place, winter had started setting in. They were curled up and going over transformation spells. Alec played with Nuri’s hair, for the past couple of days they kept hitting a dead end. There was a sudden blinding white light, Nuri and Alec both shoveled their eyes from the intense brightness and they were transported to a beautiful garden. It had flowers and fruits of every species and every color. Alec was amazed by the water fountain that was set in the middle of the garden, a serpent coming up from the water in the little pool of the fountain were beautiful lilies, the entire fountain was glittering gold. Nuri and Alec were marveling at the garden and all it’s wonder when out of a huge oak tree, a figure started to emerge; glowing yellow eyes, hissing like a snack, the torso of a woman came followed by the body of a serpent. The woman was mesmerizing, her golden straight hair, beautifully curved body. Nuri growled and the serpent
I had spent several weeks visiting the villages in my kingdom, each time my eyes searched only for her. I had spent time thinking over everything that Alec spoke to me about, that there was a possibility of me not knowing the entire story. It was also a great way for me to meet my subjects without having them tremble with fear. I got hear their honest opinions about me and what I could change to make the rift between human and dragons less of a burden. Talking to some of his subjects, he had heard good things about himself, but they all raised on concern “what was Mighty Winstrain doing to lessen the strain of rebel dragons”This got me thinking, I actually hadn’t done anything to alleviate the situation, but I would do more once my head was in the right space, I came to a village that was near to my mansion. The smell of fresh baked chocolate cookies hit my nose and I walked to the bakery, there was a medium built women with her bake to the co
Alec was exploring his powers of an archdragon in human form, he could wield light from the fire into a ball of bright white light, he could build storm clouds that made the spring days look dark and apocalyptic, as much as Alec wielded and commanded the power of being a light dragon, without darkness there is no light and the darkness that was desperately trying to consume him… You see, in the midst of becoming an archdragon, Nuri and Alec being blessed by the Dragon Goddess with child. The light of hope burned bright, even if only for a moment. As fate would have it, an upheaval had reared its ugly head and Alec would have to face it alone, this was the only way to protect Nuri as it is she already had enough to worry about with Alluvium starting to become more aggressive with his attacks, Goko having to deal with water rogue dragons that join Alluvium’s cause. Winstrain had literally vanished into thin air; nobody had heard from him in weeks.A c
