Chapter 14
After dinner we gathered in the living room and made sure that everyone knew the basics for school the next day. The girls needed to make sure that their stories all aligned with the guards and parents. We decided that the three of us, Alexander, Kilian, and me, would go to the schools to speak with the administration personally as well as introduce our third parent to the group. At this point we were just going to limit the information as much as possible, but the men agreed to let me do the talking and have complete control. Helga is in Highschool, but Freya and Ingrid are still in the middle school, they are both in 8th grade. After my time homeschooling Freya, she was too far advanced, everyone thought they were twins anyways.

I woke up the next morning as I felt Lex move from the bed. I opened my eyes feeling refreshed. I sat up and took a sip of my water before noticing Randolph in the corner of the room. He had a pillow under his head laying flat on his back. My heart warmed at the sight of him. I am sure he was not comfortable, but he felt the need to make sure I was okay, no matter how awkward.I walked over him quietly, grabbing the blanket that was thrown over the back of the chair on my way.
