Chapter 26
I walked out the front door of my new home Saturday morning to see Randolph standing by a black Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I took a minute to look it over, I was impressed, he had good taste.
“I didn’t know you were a fellow Jeep buff!” I said skipping towards the passenger door.
“I have always had a thing for them.” He shrugged.
The whole way to Gunny’s house he was quiet. For the first 15 minutes he said absolutely nothing. When I tried to start a conversation, he turned the radio on. I was getting the cold shoulder, not sure why.
