Chapter 51

The matron had returned to the orphanage as she couldn't bear to stay alone without her daughter. But, she dropped by again a week later, and when she got home, Megan was still not home yet.

Could she still be at the Alpha's Chambers? For that long?

The matron was suspicious. She felt something was wrong. So, she called Megan.

Megan was in her hotel room, preparing to go meet Kylee when her mother's call came in.

"Hey, Mother." She said.

"Hello, baby. Where are you?" The matron asked.

Megan was quiet for a while.

"Uhh...why mother?" She asked.

"Well, I just got home and I expected to see you but, you aren't here. Where are you?" The matron asked.

"I'm still with Alpha Murphy, mother. You know you wanted me to be with him, so I could give you some inside knowledge." Megan said.

"Oh yeah, that's right. Any new information?" The matron asked.

"No, none yet. They are so slow. They don't even know she is at Red Moon Pack." Megan said.

"Oh, that is great." The matron said, calming down.
