Chapter Sixteen

I was in a sort of trance all day. I could concentrate in my workplace, and I kept giving the wrong order to the customers, there was this customer that doesn't want cream in his coffee but I added cream and the one who order a caramel cake was given a chocolate cake. This continues for some time. Tonia's words kept ringing in my head and it was affecting my concentration I kept making one mistake to another one mistake.

Betty had to take over all the work in the coffee shop because I ended up being a wreck and was doing the wrong thing. I was losing my mind. in pure annoyance, Betty shrugged me out of the way and took charge of the situation while I remain in a corner trying to get my thoughts together.
