I went back to my room after storming off. Clayton was standing there waiting for me by the desk.

“ I could sense your distress through the link. I hope you don’t mind but I let myself in. Wanna talk?,” he gently inquired.

“ I’m sorry I know I’m acting like an idiot. I hoped that my mate would be a rogue to join our pack or at least a non-ranked member if they had a pack.
