"Argh!" I pulled the pillow out and placed it over my head, trying to block the irritating noise of my Tipo. Tipo is my alarm name, yes! You may feel I'm weird and all because I name my things. It's normal, I love what I have with me and I don't want to treat them badly. That's the reason why I name all the things that I own. There is a big list of things and Their names I have. Let's just leave it for another day.

"Hon, you need to get up now" That's my mom, she's the best mom in the entire world. She has supported me in every single thing in my life and She's not just my mom, she's my best friend. My dad and my mom are the worlds to me. I can't be without them even for a second, this was the reason why I decided I won't leave them. My father asked whether I'm interested in going out and living by myself, He even said he would help If I wish to go out of here. I declined and decided I would be with them and support them.

I got up from my bed and walked into my bathroom and did my morning routines. After dressing up in my knee-ripped black jeans and paired them with a white t-shirt and tucked it inside. I dried up my hair and combed it. I have a baby face with a cute small button nose, baby pink cupid’s bow lips, green eyes, rosy cheeks, and jet-black medium-length hair.

I walked downstairs and saw Mom and dad sitting at our dining table waiting for me to join them. I marched over to them and kissed my mom on her cheek and walked over to my father and kissed him on his cheek, “Moring, my doll” my father greeted me with a smile on his face.

“What do we have for breakfast, today?” I asked while taking a seat next to my dad,

“Oh! Cereal with milk? Fried egg sausages?” I said while looking at my mom with an irritated look.

“Yeah?” She said with a questioning gaze,

“Mom!” I whined, rolling my eyes at her,

“They’re healthy,” she said while having her breakfast.

I huffed and began having my boring breakfast, ignoring my dad’s low chuckle. After having that breakfast, I took my bag,

“Bye dad, bye mom” I walked out of the dining room and heard them yelling bye from the kitchen.

I walked to my car and unlocked it while getting inside and starting the engine, I drove to my college. My dad gifted me this Mazda CX-5 sonic silver metallic car for my 18th birthday, it has been nearly a year since he bought me this baby. I love this car so much.

I study at the University of Manchester, I’m an average scoring student who reads only a day before exams, I don’t stress much about my exams, I believe in gaining knowledge rather than the score.

I have a very small circle of friends with whom I share a close bond, Esme, Zara, and Leo. Esme was my childhood friend, luckily we both got enrolled in the same college. We met Zara on the first day of our college and instantly became close friends with her. Leo and Zara are close friends, also neighbors. She introduced him to us and since then we four were inseparable.

We four are sophomores, and although we choose different courses, we always end up together by the end of the day.

I parked my car in the parking lot and climbed out of it while throwing my bag over my shoulder. While checking the new messages on my phone, I reached my locker and placed my bag inside. I quickly locked the phone and took my books out of my bag.

As I closed the locker, I saw Esme walking up to me with a huge smile on her pretty face. Pushing her blonde hair back, she hugged me,

“Good morning,” She greeted, I hugged her back while greeting her back.

“You look happy, care to share!” I asked while walking through the hallway, she looked very excited about something.

“You won’t believe it if I tell you,” She said with clear excitement in her voice,

“Tell me,” I replied, looking at her with a smile,

“Leo asked me out!” she whispered into my ear,

“Like a date?” I asked in confusion, she nodded her head while biting her lower lip with excitement written all over her face.

“Wow, did you say yes?” I said, genuinely happy to hear that finally, he asked her out. He has been crushing over her for months now, he couldn’t muster up the courage and ask her out. I had been encouraging him to tell her about his feelings, but whenever she comes in front of him, he goes silent and keeps staring at her.

He’s so adorable.

“Yeah,” she replied,

“Oh my god!” I exclaimed with happiness, the way Esme ignores him, I always thought that she doesn’t have any interest in him and it made me worry about Leo but I guess she was interested in him too.

“I’m so happy for you both,” I replied while hugging her.

“Okay, I have to go now…” I spoke while stopping in front of my class, “... You have to tell me everything!” She nodded her head at me before walking to her class.

I walked inside and settled down in my usual place, Mr. Connor has started the class by explaining our next project. Classes went on as usual and I kept noting down everything, I am the kind of person who listens to the class and remembers it till the exam. I don’t have to study again and again. I was blessed with good memory power. My projects and assignments everything went well, till now without any problems.

My university life is pretty boring.

The bell rang indicating the period has ended. This was the last class I had and now, I was free to go home. I took my books and made my way to my locker. I opened my locker and took my bag.

Usually, I meet my friends on breaks and at the cafe near my house. Today I haven’t met Zara and Leo, Esme told me that they both had an assignment together and because of that they had to leave for the library and couldn’t meet us. We both had lunch together and left for our classes. She said she had some work and for that, she will have to visit the library after her classes and asked me not to wait for her.

I walked towards the parking lot and opened my car door; I climbed in and started the engine. I drove to my home and parked the car in our garage. I noticed that mom and dad aren’t home as I don’t see their cars.

I guess today I have to just be alone and enjoy being alone.

Unlocking the main door of my house I stepped inside, after closing the door behind and locking it, I walked straight to my room.

I placed my bag on my study table and made my way to the bathroom, I washed my face and changed my clothes. I stared at my reflection while combing my hair, my forest green eyes stared back at me with a blank expression.

People say I look very attractive for my age, I don’t think I’m that attractive at all.

A sigh escaped from my lips and I turned around, walked out of my room. I made my way to the kitchen and prepared dinner. After doing that, I had it alone and walked back to my room. I began doing my homework and assignments.

Stretching my hands and legs, “I feel so tired,” I yawned. I closed my books and prepared everything for tomorrow’s classes before going to bed. As soon as my body hit the bed, my eyelids felt heavy and I slipped into a deep slumber.

As I was sleeping peacefully, some weird rumbling sounds hit my ears. I ignored them and kept sleeping.
