Cassian

“Whoa. What happened to you?” Darci asked with a sly smile on his lips, after joining me at the breakfast brunch they were hosting. I slid my hands in the pockets of my trousers, looking at Sasha, who was surrounded by other Lunas. All of them are trying to win her over.

“Nothing. I thought I could go for a change,” I retorted, my eyes trained on Sasha, who seemed uncomfortable. She held her glass of juice, nodding before turning to me.

A smile curled up on her lips, then turned back to Luna Judy, who was asking her to attend her son’s wedding.

“Of course. I’m sure Cassian would be delighted to attend.” She responded, obliviously. Judy just wanted to brag that she was doing it for her social standing.

“Cassian?” Darci asked me, bringing me back to reality. I raised a brow, wondering what he was saying.

“I was asking if she is the one who picked your outfit. Cause this is not you,” he smiled at me, and I scoffed, moving past him to Sasha. She looked like she needed a break.

  • The Imperfect Luna   I Found Her

CassianI didn’t want to attend this fucking alpha ball, but Taylor insisted that I do it. Since the fallout with Keenan Thorne, I needed more allies after the recent attacks. We needed to unite as wolves to fight this war that was coming. But what I didn’t expect was to find the one person I have spent three years looking for here. In Highlands. So far away from him. When her scent hit my nostrils, I thought I was dreaming until I saw her running through the crowd towards the other door, so I used the cobblestone corridor to go to the other door, and I was right. She was running. When the doors opened before me, I couldn’t believe my eyes. She was standing before me, looking like the queen she was.“Hello, Little Wolf,” the words left my lips, and she froze, her eyes roaming around my face. My eyes trailed down from her grey eyes to her plump lips, then to the way her dress hugged her curves. She looked so fucking beautiful.“I finally found you.” I tried to take a step towards her,

  • The Imperfect Luna   It Catches Up

SashaI stood in front of the mirror, running my hands down the dress I was wearing. It was a midnight blue floor-length dress with a double high slit, and deep V-neck, and long sleeves.“Wow, you look amazing.” Isaiah’s voice came from the door. I glanced over my shoulder to see him leaning against the threshold, hands in his pockets. His clean-shaven face and piercing brown eyes made my heart skip a beat. I rolled my eyes and walked towards the bed.“All thanks to my handsome date. He picked it out for me,” I said with a smirk, gathering my silver purse.“He has great taste. You should tell him that” he chuckles, pushing off, then striding towards me. He took slow, deliberate steps into the room, his eyes roaming around.“I like what you have done with the room. It feels…” he pauses, inhaling sharply. “homely,” he continues towards the window.“Thanks. I needed a change of scenery. Plus, I haven’t been in my right mind lately.” I said, putting on my earrings as he stepped closer.“I

Sasha“I’m sorry I am late. Traffic was—”“It’s not that busy. Don’t worry about it,” Maura assured me immediately I walked into the shop. I know she will only tell me this not to make me feel guilty. I look at her, giving her a weak smile.“Well, how’s the order for Lewis coming up? Are the flowers ready?” I asked her, wrapping my leather apron around my waist. I can’t believe I’m late today, especially with such a huge order.“It’s coming up well. The truck arrived a bit late, but we have everything we need. I have started working on the centerpieces,” she explains while I put on my gloves.“Great. I want all the orders sent out by eleven o’clock,” I instructed, my voice firm and decisive.“Tell that to Penny. She is the one who has been chatting with that boy on her phone,” she jerks her head towards Penny’s table. My eyes follow her sight, and Penny is busy smiling.Love. A word that once held so much promise now feels like a distant dream. I thought I had found it, but it only br

  • The Imperfect Luna   I Will Find You

CassianShe is my mate. The thought of it makes my blood boil. Why didn’t I realize sooner? Why did it take me so long to understand what she was? I ran fingers through my hair.‘She should be back by now; I can talk to her.’ I thought of pushing back my chair as I made my way to her room.I stood outside, my heart racing so hard. I could hear my heart in my ears. “Sasha?” I knocked. Pushing the door open, it was just the way she left it last night. I furrowed my eyebrows, sniffing the air.“Ariel, it is,” I thought, making my way towards her omega’s room, but decided against it. If she wanted to know everything, she would follow me to my office. With that, I turned back to my office. The day went by quietly with meetings, and by lunchtime, I decided to check on her again. “Your grace,” I found Ariel, who fell to her knees immediately she saw me approaching her quarters.“What’s going on, Ariel?” I asked, approaching where she stood, and she bowed her head, hitting the floor as I narr

Sasha“I’m fine, Darci. You don’t—”“I need to check your wounds,” he said, hurriedly walking towards his clinic, but I could feel my wound slowly closing.“Wait. Darci… My face is…” I stuttered, wiggling out of his arms, tears falling from my eyes. I needed to explain to Cassian everything that happened. What if he thought I was cheating on him?“Please put me down, you check,” I whispered to him, but he kept on walking. “Darcel Huxley!” I called him by his full name, and he stopped in his tracks, lowering his gaze to me as I turned my face to him.“I am fine.”“How… What…” She stammered, placing me on the ground as I held on to my towel. Staggering back from him.“My wolf,” I explained to him, and he gasped, his eyes widening as I swallowed hard.“Your wolf?”“Yes. She hasn’t fully surfaced, but I can feel her. At least I know I can heal faster now,” I explained to him as he tried to touch me, but I shook my head.“I will explain everything later. I just need to find Cassian first…

  • The Imperfect Luna   The Truth

CassianAlaric was on top of my Sasha. My eyes saw red, and in a split second, my hand was around his neck, lifting him off the ground.“How dare you touch what’s mine?” I seethed, my claws digging into his throat. He thrashed and tried to kick while his hand wrapped around my wrist. Blood trailed down my hand into my shirt.“Cassian—” he pleaded, his voice barely a whisper, tears running down his cheeks.“Sasha, please.” His eyes shifted to her, slowly closing. How dare he talk to her? In my presence. “Don’t you fucking look at her!” I growled, throwing him against the wall. He gasped for air, and in a split second, I was standing in front of him, throwing punches. I could feel the warmth of his blood on my hands, but I wanted more.“Cassian, no!” Sasha’s voice came behind me, trying to pull me back, but I shrugged her off. Punching the asshole’s face.Sasha grabbed me by my neck, pulling me back. “Please. He didn’t hurt me,” she pleaded. I turned my claws out. “Do you want him? Is h
