Chapter one

Bing!! Bing!!!

  "Stupid alarm" I grumbled as I move to my alarm turning it off " am just gonna sleep for five minutes more"I said to myself.

    ARE SURE? FIVE MORE MINUTE OR TWO HOURS MORE. my subconsciousness asked me.

  "Shut up bitch" I said inwardly falling back to my dreamless sleep.

My moment of peace was shattered when my window was open letting in the ray of early morning sunshine,

"Damnit ! Who the fuck is that" 

    " Watch your mouth young lady, no cussing this early, get up you need to drop off this supplies at Mr Williams, he ask for it early" mum said as she walk out of my room.

I sit up from my bed gritting my teeth as I move into my bathroom for my morning routine while cussing.

" Mum am down, were are you"I yelled once I got downstairs

   "Over here darling, in the kitchen"she yelled back as I move toward the kitchen.

"Hey mum, morning" I greeted as I sighted my mom, she sent me a brilliant smile.

     "Hey dear,I made your favourite it on the table, go eat and get down to the supplies I wouldn't want Sir Williams complaining of late delivery" she said as she gestured toward the table were my breakfast was kept, I quickly move to the table taking in the heavenly aroma of my mum's cooking as I feasted on the food. Once I was done, I grab the supplies and walk toward the door calling out to my mom" mum am off now" I ran of but not before hearing her telling me to stay safe.

I was done with my morning supplies,so o decided to go visit my friend at her place.

To say her house was nice would have been an understatment, her house was very huge and they had a lot of maid,pecks of being one of the counsel of elders, yeah my bestfriend father is one of the king counsel, so they are doing pretty good.

I got to their front porch and knock on the door, the door open revealing a beautiful middle age woman with rich blonde hair and a elegant blue sundress.

    " Hey Rosy, come inside, Lauren is in her room" she said while I sent her a grateful smile as I move inside " Thanks ma'am" I said as she returned my smile with her beautiful ones.

   "Come on Rosy you are like a daughter to me,call me aunty and stop calling me ma'am have told you times without number"

"Oh am sorry aunt,it will take a while to get use to calling you that,but am gonna try" I said to her as I ran toward Lauren room.

 I opened the door and went into the room, her room was very spacious, with a lot of fancy girly stuff which I kind of hate cause am not really the girly type. "Hey Lauren,are in?" I said as I went to her closet and saw her standing close to her wardrope fixing her hair with one hand and the other trying to close her wardrope, she move looking for her wardrobe lock as she turn frantically to address me.

    " Oh,hey Rosy you are here? You never told me you were coming" she gave me a tight smile moving towards me,taking my hands and leading me out of her closet, me being the person I was couldn't help but blurt out my thought.

" Is it me Lauren or you are really acting suspicious today?" I said as I walk up to a couch in her room to sit-down giving her closet one last glance before setting down.

We have been sitting in silence for almost ten minutes now, before she broke it.

   "Why are you here?"she ask

"Am hurt Lauren" I said faking a pain and placing my hands on my chest. " So you don't want to see me lauren,wow!and here I thought you missed me, anyways I was bored at home so I decided to come see you, since you have been away to were you refuse telling me and I missed you"I answered

   She shakes her head immediately" no it not that I don't want you here I was just surprise to see you" she stated clarifying herself "But since you are here let go out for girls outing" she said happily while she took her purse and lead me outside,moving towards the park to board a cab since her car was faulty.

It was evening before we were through with the girls outing and I was already frustrated and worn out, since she literally took me shopping going through all the malls, saying I quote 'I NEED TO GET A DRESS SO I COULD PREPARE FOR ANY UPCOMING BALL'' she literally bought thousand of dress, well maybe am exaggerating but the dresses were much, I bought nothing since I was not with any money and I hated wearing fancy dress and would never collect money from her since I don't want to look like a gold digger.

Now we were in her room again, I was lying on her bed.

" Lauren, have you heard from Wilson" I ask as she choked at the mention of my boyfriend Will who I hadn't seen for quite awhile now.

 "Ofcourse  not,I haven't heard from him,why are you asking" she said looking at me with wide eyes,I could see a hint of fear in her eyes.

" Did something happen? Why are scared" I ask her.

        " No!am not scared,am just surprise you asking of him from me,we hardly even talk"

"O......k can you help me go to his place and see if he well"I said as she stared at me.

" Come on don't give me that look you know his father won't let me see him, he will rather kick me out since he thinks am not good enough for his son because am poor, and I do know he likes you alot,he will definitely let you see him" 

    I said as I stared at her with my best cute face, she groaned and raised her hands in surrender " ok fine, am gonna go see if he ok but am not doing this because of you but for my Goodwill"

She said as I grinned at her " I love you too" I said to her smiling sheepishly.
