Chapter Eight

We got to the palace after passing through a long line of security procedure at the gate. The drive got down immediately and ran toward my side opening the door for me. I got out and whispered a thank you to him before taking in the sight before me in awe.

The building were very magnificent but the one that caught my attention was the middle one, it stood tall among the other mansion and it was absolutely stunning. It was literally made of glass and words could'nt decribe how beautiful it is, the other building around it were also good looking but right now I am so inlove with my glass mansion.

  I was still staring in awe with my mouth wide open until I heard a low chuckle from behind me causing me to stumble back to reality, I looked behind me from where the sound came from only to find ayoung man of about his late twenty's staring at me with I smile on his face,I thought he looked familiar as I looked at him trying to remember were I knew him from, I face palm myself inwardly thinking of how stupid I was, of course he looked familiar because he was one of the people who escorted me from the airport,I notice my luggage and the car were not there anymore guess I had been lost in my on world for far to long not to notice what was going on around me.

I stared back at the man and blinked at am making flash me a smile as he cleared is throat.

" Ma'am, this way please" he said as he walked pass me gesturing for me to follow him. 

To my utmost disappointment I was lead to one of the other building instead of my glass castle, guess I will wait to see the interior later. He opened the large door for me as he made sure I entered before he followed closely, I stopped immediately since i don't know where I was going.He must have notice my hesitation to continue moving cause he walk up to me.

  "Ma'am there are about twelve room this building and we have about ten occupant right now, the upper wing have all been taken so it just two room remaining in the lower wing" the man said smiling nervously.

  "Well that not a problem,just show me the one you best prefer out of the remaining two and I will stay there"I said giving him a light smile.

  "No! Ma'am I can't possibly choose for you!"He said

   I rolled my eyes at him" Just show me to one please.And what your name?" I ask him.

He scratch his hair nervously and headed toward the lower wing leaving me to follow behind, he stopped immediately he got to a door and he swing it open and gesture for me to walk in.

  " Since you insist ma'am this would be the room I would have prefer, and my name is Billy Carson but you can call me Billy"he said as I walk into the room, walking around it. It was very spacious the interior was nice and I love the art design on the wall since it complemented the milky colour of the room and it was well arranged. " Ma,am ... I thought you might like it since it close to the garden and you can get a great view of what goes on,on the outside from here through the window, but if you don't like it we can just go to the other room" he said to me still a little bit nervous.

  I smiled at him trying my best to make him less nervous " Nah, it cool, I like it and please could you stop calling me ma,am? You are making me feel old, Rosy will do just fine" I said still smiling.

"O..k if you say so ma... Rosy " he stuttered.

  "Now we are getting somewhere. So where is everybody? I noticed they were onllyvfew people here, why is that?" As ask trying to satisfy my curiosity.

  "Oh! that.... Well since the week is sort of free. the ladies are outside taking a walk while some are at the garden getting to each other. But the maids are quite busy since there would be a banquet tomorrow for the introduction of all the madien to the king and the others" he explained.

  My eyes almost popped out of it socket when i heard  about the banquet. " What the hell!! I was never told there would be a banquet and am just arriving so I will I be able to prepare for that when I have no clothes ready yet?" I ask him as I was already panicking.

  " That will not be an issue for you, your handmaids will be here in a few minutes so am sure they can take care of it" he said trying to reassure me .

  " O....k.... So am gonna have my own handmaids?" I ask still trying to grasp the fact that I will get someone who would work for me while I sit like a princess.

  " Yes, actually they are three and they will be here soon. So ma'am I need to leave please do freshen up" he said as he start to make his way out.

  " Alright!! Thank you Billy! And it Rosy please keep that in mind" I called out to him as he laugh before saying a yes I got it it, with that he was gone leaving me to enjoy the peacefulness of my room for now.

  I smiled to myself and walk to the window in my room taking in the sight from the view of the window, I think am gonna like my stay here if everybody is has nice has Billy.
