The Kings Rebel

I sat on the cool cement floor dirty and bloody, with ripped Jean, blacked shirt both bloodyand ripped. My beautiful tan skin was covered in bruises, my long brown hair was matted and full of dirt. I am sure that I look homeless  but unfortunately you my luck I was  caught like most humans here. 

I was surrounded by thick metal bars that caged me into this small cell. I looked around to see at least 25 other cages with slightly thinner bar, each cell had a person inside it.  Instead of being in the row of cases I was in cage that separated me from the other humans but i was still in the same area. The other human were free to move around there cage but still had to wear a collar, to show that they are nothing but pets or slaves to the supernatural that now rule earth. 

They had me in chains one that has both my arm above my head, another had my legs connected to the cement floor and of course I wore a similar but thicker collar like the others. Apparently I'm a fight risk, like the other humans are saying there voluntary 

 I continue to sit in the dark waiting for the owner to come process me and than to be shipped to the king, I was caught last night by the kings men and bought here normally I would be processed when I arrived however let's just say I am of high interest so i have to be inspected by someone with higher authority. I have a mark on my shoulder that has put a large target on my back. 

This place was one of many stores for vampires or werewolves to buy humans to use as slave or pets, basically anything they wanted us for. But unlike the others instead of being sold I was here until I could be transferred to the king, then mostly sentenced to death. 

How did this happen? I thought to myself then start to like about the event that  happen over 100 years ago supernatural creatures such as vampires, werewolves and even some witches had enough of staying in the shadows, they banned together and took over the human race. It took around 1 year or so for the supernatural to have complete control over the world, leaving human to be the bottom of the food chain. The king's twin sons were born durning the war a day after they were born a group of human and well as a certain rebel hybrid killed the queen which made things 100 times worse for the humans. The hybrid didnt have a choice in killing the queen, human attacked the queen she started to fight and kill them off one by one which set the hybrid into a blind rage. 

The king and his now grown sons have put all there power into making the human race pay, and they are doing a good job. They have been on the hunt for the hybrid ever since, but no luck. There is a large reward to who ever helps capture the heathen but no human wants that to happen, no matter what the prize is. After all the heathen is one of our only chance at getting the world back.

I snapped out of my thoughts by a girl in the cell across from mine was sobbing. She had pale skin that was cover in bruises and cuts, long knotted brown hair with sad green eyes, she looked barely 14. My heart broke for her has tears continue to run down her face onto the collar she and the other had to wear. She was curled into a ball at the corner of her cage.

"Its going be okay, what's your name?" whispered the girl caged beside her. She appeared be just as damage as the rest of the others. She had long blond hair, blue eyes and old sunkissed skin. She had a sparkle of hope in her eyes which was rare especially since she look 18. She would of had afew mastered by now that should of left her a broke mess.

"T-tammy" the girl answered her

"I'm Reese, is going to be okay tammy try to clam down" answered reese I admired hopefulness.

"Shut up reese, it not going to be okay I'm sick of hearing about your stupid theory. Stop filling everyones head with bullshit we are slaves, blood bags nothing more. Dont give anyone else pointless hope" yelled a boy in the cell across from her. 

"Despite what you believe mark, the heathen is real and will save us" she spat catching my interest. 

"What's a heathen?" Tammy asked. Mark seemed to of muddled some chose word causing reese to send him a death glare. 

"During the war when the supernatural creatures to took over. There were some covens witches that fought alongside with the human. As a last hope a group of 50 witches sacrificed themselves in order create the ultimate Hunter. A new kind of Supernatural creature designed to solemnly protect humans. However the sun goddess and moon goddess witnessed the Heathen take birth and Slaughter dozens of supernatural creatures including the queen, they cursed the Hunter turning it into both vampire and shapeshifter. Making it the ultimate hybrid and causing it boundaries it wasnt suppose to have. The heathen seeing the change as a curse making its hatred for Supernatural kind grow even more." Explained reese. I was  impressed she knew all of that about the heathen since the heathen is forbidden to talk about . Even though it wasn't quite true but close enough. 

"Its just a myth. The heathen deosnt exist, if it did the kings would of killed it by now." Argued mark

"Kings? Dont you mean king?" asked tammy, I raised my brow at her question. Most kids get taught all about the kingdom and the kings in school before they are shipped to a pet shop or a blood bank. 

"No, the ruler of the vampires and shapeshifters are twin kings. Both born hybrid both vampire and wolf. Well technically they arent the kings yet since they havent found their mates yet but they run pretty much everything. The twin kings are the strong hybrids I'm the kingdom" Said reese to tammy then look back at mark.

"The heathen is the ultimate hybrid with all their strength and none of there weakness, there is no way a common hybrid could kill it even if they were the kings" Snapped reese. 

"How would you know? No one has ever see the heathen." Sassed mark

"Why dont you ask her?" Said a boy that was right side beside mark. He pointed to me. 

"She wont know any more then any of us, tim as I said no ones seen the heathen" mark said harshly

"Then why is she in the royal holding cell? Isnt those cells reserved for human of high importance obviously she has to know something and look at the mark on her shoulder." He said making everyone look at me. Honestly I'm not sure anymore noticed I was here until he said something. They looked at me with hope, curiosity and fear.

"Are you the heathen....?" Asked reese 

Before I could answer her the lights were turned on and the loud bang of the door hit the wall followed by several foot steps. I quickly nodded at reese answering her question, her eyes went wide a smile went on her face but quickly went away when the keeper came into view. 

"Shut up you worthless worms" yelled the shop leader. Everyone shut up well not me, no I laughed at the dumbass shop keeper making him more mad then he already was. He stepped closer to my cell and hit a button which sent an electric shock was sent though the chain and into my body, I grunted in pain but I refused to scream. 

"That's enough" said a man behind him. He was tall, lean slightly handsome and wearing the Royal uniform that the royal soldiers war. He stepped to my cage, opening the door as he came closer to me a recognized him. 

"Well isnt it my favorite rebel. You have caused quite and uproar since our last encounter" he said with a smirk

"Long time no see matty, i almost missed your leech self and your mutt side kick." I smirked then added "What's the price on my head now." I said earning a slap across the face. I had a slight smile on my face because after him chasing me for years and he still doesnt know my name. 

"Its general matthews, that's not your concern you should be more concerned about the king and princes once they get their hand on you. Now are you going to give us your name this time." 

"Nope I'm going this you not knowing my name. You should take the threats you make more seriously after all you said that last time and the time before that yet here I am, still waiting for the big bad wolf and his pathetic sons to punish me like you have been promising since we first meet. Sadly each time I am disappointed" I stick out my lip in a pout. 

Matthew nodded at the shop keeper then he hit the button sending electricity through my veins once again. I clenched my teeth to keep myself from screaming out. I heard a gasps and a cry from the humans in the cells as they watched the scene that was happening before them.

"Alright that's enough of this bullshit. Let's get her loaded The king can deal with her disrespectful ass when we get her to the castle. "

Just has 2 more soldiers came into view the shops bell went off announcing there was a customer at the front. A evil grin grew on my face as the shopper keep left. I couldn't help but think everything was going as planned. 

"You only 2 soldiers matty even if one appear to be a hybrid, I'm insulted"i made a fake hurt face. He ignored me and started to take off my chains after he secured a metal collar and chain leash as well as hand cuffs. I looked over at the other humans who were staring at us with horror on there faces I made eye contact with reese and winked at her making her hope in her eye grow larger. 

As the 2 soldiers went on either side of me lifting me off the ground, I took them be surprised by bringing up my knee as hard as I could to the hybrid soldier to my left hitting him in his mcnuggets sending him to the ground. I pulled my chain using my strength I wrapped it around the wolf soldiers neck. Matty eyes were huge as he took a step toward us

"I wont do that if I was you, you wouldn't want to take the princes cousin head back to them now would you" I warned the wolf soldier was struggling in my arms trying to get free but easily held him. I let my tiger Rona share control which make my eyes glow blue, which made matty eye grow larges. 

"How are yo...... what are you?" Matty asked 

"I'm the heathen" I said with a evil grin I let my fangs show then bit down on the soldiers neck drinking his blood and let a small amount of my venom into his body. Matty charged at me making me drop my dinner. He slammed into me making me hit the back of my cell, he had me by the neck however the collar made in hard for him to choke me, he lifted me into air my collar started to bend causing my neck to bleed which made matty lose control because of the blood. I lift up my legs using all my strength I kicked him In stomach sending him flying back. I reached up and grabbed the bent collar, snapping it then tossing it to the floor. 

I walked over to where he was laying I went down to his level. 

"Tell the king and his poor excuse of sons that their rule is coming to an end and soon they human will rule again" before he could answer I bit his neck drinking his blood until he passed out. I walked over to the man still on the floor hold was balls at least where they used to be, judging by the pain on his face and the blood everywhere I hit him harder then I thought. I snapped his neck killing him.

I looked up to see a tall, dark haired man with dark skin who has obviously a hybrid enter the room. "Your late trent" I said annoyed 

"And you look like shit" he said i shook my head walkin past him to open the cells, mumbling about have to do everything my self

We loaded the humans into a couple Van that were outside. Reese said a every loud 'I told you so' to mark making me laugh. The other humans said thank you. 

I tied matty and the other soldier to a pole outside. I looked around at the empty building, that now smelled of gas. I lit a match the dropping it to the ground the place quickly went up in flames.

Ever since I can remember I been working to get the humans their world back. It wasnt until I met trent who was a vampire who was forced to turn, that I came up with the idea of pretending to be human to get caught and locked up in the cells with the others then work to free everyone inside. Even though trent was once a vampire I loved him like a brother but it didnt change my opinion of the supernatural. 

I get into the truck the trent is in, has he drives. I smile as we drive away. Time of the supernatural will end soon the humans will be free then I can finally have my peaceful death I been dreaming of since I was created.
