Trying To Be Me.

After that went down last night I made my way home, mother tried talking to me and Sapphire took over my body, eyes glowing and told her to leave us the hell alone, we didn’t want to talk to her yet, we weren’t ready. I’ve been in bed ever since, I couldn’t sleep or eat. I think I had a shower for like three hours and took my time drying off and dressing too. I just don’t feel like myself anymore.. who even am I?

‘We will find ourselves again, don't fret Lily," Sapphire's sassy voice says. I will train, I will get strong and I'll be unstoppable. My enemies better watch out, because I’m coming.. and they won’t even see me coming. 

2 years later. 

Gosh that was exhausting. My instructor/trainer had me do a hardcore workout and training Sesh this morning. It's currently 7am and we’ve been doing this since 3:30am. He told me to take a break and get something to eat before my dragon breaks free for some food, and yes he knows who and what I am, it took me a whole year to be able to let my guard down tho and to trust him. He’s also a dragon shifter but lives in the human towns reaching women to defend themselves. He’s taken me under his wing, fed me, trained me and even gave me a place to live. I left my house but we apologized to each other and we’re good now. I talk to her every day on the phone. We just don’t live close anymore, trying to make it harder for my father to find me. Yes he’s also apparently alive and wants us back, he cannot find me or find out I’m the last female dragon or who knows what he’ll do to me, he’s a power hungry alpha male who shouldn’t even be alive. My trainer, Master Shifu, told me to pick up dinner for tonight so my plan is to go get the stuff quickly while I have  the time today. We will most likely continue training throughout the day, usually it’s totally brutal, hardcore shit. I am one of Master Shifu's assassins and he’s done a damn good job training me to be the best. We are in a more neutral area between humans and supernaturals; they know we are more powerful then them and they should keep to themselves if they see anything. 

‘Lily I am so bored lately.. I haven’t even shifted in almost six months and I feel I can’t take it anymore, we should find a place to go. Tonight.’ Sapphire whispers in my mind. 

‘Can we atleased do something that I want to do too, that way we’re both happy.’ I ask her, we try to do right for each other so our soul is happy. 

‘What do you want to do Lily?’ Sapphire asks curiously. 

‘Clubbing.’ I say simply. These last couple of years I’ve really enjoyed clubbing and dancing, not so much the drinking aspect tho. Midnight dance club is my favourite place in the city to go, it’s about an hour drive so I want to be there by 1am, I better get my shit going so I can get this training over with. 

Later that night, I arrived at the midnight dance club and walk to the line, I skip to the front because I’m a regular here and as soon as the bouncer sees me he smiles and lets me through. I can hear woman yelling and saying I’m a slut and it’s not fair since they’ve been waiting all night to get in. I just laugh and keep walking. 

Creeds pov

Today has been absolute hell. Me and my dragon hunter Cannot agree on anything lately, not being able to find our mate has taken a toll on us, we’re 24 years old and need our mate, especially since the dragon magic is dying without female dragons left. My father the bastard has been hassling me to take a chosen mate but I won’t, I know my fated is out there somewhere. 

‘I don’t want to take a chosen mate creed, it’ll break my soul’ hunter speaks to me in my mind. 

‘I know, I know’

I am the dragon king, today is my birthday and I will go out tonight to look for my mate, my beta and gamma are going to come with me considering we have been best friends since we were little fledglings. None of us have found our mates infact. We are gonna go to the city and go around to all the clubs and restaurants and jsut walk around trying to find them, we know in our hearts that they are out there, somewhere. 

Lily’s pov

Later while I’m dancing and singing my heart out, another woman, who smells like a witch comes up to me and starts singing along too.

“WHO RUN THE WORLD! GIRLS!”

“WHO RUN THIS MOTHER FUCKER!”

“GIRLS!!” 

After the song is over the girl starts laughing and twirling around 

“My names Beatrice ! What’s yours?” Beatrice yells over the music, even tho I can clearly hear her and basically everyone else in here

“My names-“ before I can tell her though I am cut off by the most amazing smell. 

I got to get out of here, there’s no way my mate just walked into this club of all places, me and Sapphire have been training our powers so I’m gonna try something. I think about having no scent and being like anyone else, blending in, mixing in, I make no eye contact with anyone either and walk away from Beatrice, she seemed nice but I can’t make friends right now I need to get out of here. When I get near the door I take one look around and there he is. My mate. Damn he’s fine with his blonde hair and bright green eyes, he’s all muscle and length too. He turns my way and we make eye contact for a second before I’m gone.
