Chapter 026 - Devoured by the Lycan King

The morning sun filters through the sheer curtains, casting a warm glow over Gideon and I as we lay tangled in the sheets. Our bodies are still entwined from our lovemaking the night before.

But it’s not really the sun that wakes me up. It is Gideon’s morning kisses, which are stirring me again, even after just a few hours of sleep. His touch is gentle and yet demanding, as if he can’t get enough of me. As if it’s him who just drunk blood from a vampire instead.
