Chapter 12

We are here at the park today. I took my daughter for a walk. Because of what happened earlier, the stare of my son at Terrence became intense earlier, so I just invited them to go for a walk in the park.

"Dad, here we are!" Nichole said, dragging the man with us. I still don't remember everything, and the rest is a bit blurry.

I want something to worry about so that I don't fumble anymore. I was looking at the man and my daughter. Because the child pulls the man's hand.

"I know he is our father, nay! But I was hurt when he said that he is not our father," my son said.

He has been quiet for a while. Knowing that he was watching his sister and Terrence.

"Maybe he's just confused, son. He didn't know that I was pregnant when he lost me," I explained to my son.

"It's just that I don't want to meet him. I'm mad at him. If he doesn't like us, I don't like him either."
