As they pulled into the driveway Isabella and I looked at each other. Alejandro had explained the situation to us ahead of time but I was still in shock at what he had told me. The situation of a beautiful young girl being abused by her father hit close to home, too close to be coincidental and it dug up past wounds. The fact that she and her twin sister were both enduring the same abuse was so grievous to me as I remembered my own past and what my father had subjected me to.

When the car parked and the men got out I was wondering what to expect; however, I wasn’t prepared for what I saw. Angelina was a beautiful young girl who was dressed very modestly, carried herself very properly, she was so innocent looking, yet sophisticated and she reminded me of me.
