Chapter 12

*Flashback*

The cold December night was tucked under the black night sky. The coldness reached into the bones of a person, making it impossible for them to stand outside the warm house without warm and comfy clothes. The snow seemed to grow over the windows, while the streets had very fewer people. 

Lucia Adams and Garaine Jones just finished their working hours at the Rainbow Fairy Home. 

"Oh, Lucia! It's so cold," Garaine said, chattering her teeth. "I am gonna die because of this cold."

"Such a little idiot you are!" Lucia playfully smiled, shaking her head. "Put your hands inside the pockets of your jacket. Don't keep them hanging at your sides."
