16 Second Apology

Allowing myself to be distracted, I watched the twins as they looked everywhere but my face.

‘Hmmm, it seemed I finally got to them.’ I thought with some satisfaction even as I allowed the tension to grow.

“What condition do you have, Mr. Fernandez?” The boy finally asked again, unwilling to continue with the waiting game probably.

“Wait a minute, before I state my condition, how do you even find out my name and my office? And yes, I know you saw the note but my name was not written on it, so I am curious okay?” I finally recognised one of the things baffling my mind since they came in.

I watched in amusement as the twins glanced at each other guiltily. I folded my arms across my chest to wait patiently. I have the time.

“Hmm—aha--aha, the thing is we have so many friends already in this building and we have a way of finding out things.” The little girl confessed shyly.
